Part 2 of Desmond going back in time to AC 3 and meeting Haytham Kenway AU.

Haytham had started noticing that bartender more and more often. He kept showing up where he shouldn’t be, talking to suspicious people, knowing more than he let on, hanging around strategically important places and events. Eventually, Haytham decided to confront him directly and ask who he really is and what exactly he wants.

Shay found Haytham’s growing interest in the strange bartender amusing… until he spotted him during a mission. After that, it stopped being funny.

do you ever think assassins would briefly deploy their hidden blades at each other as an assassin equivalent to the middle finger. they might not say anything but a flick of the wrist and you can silently tell a brother fuck off/fuck you/you suck/and fuck your mother too/that was stupid/shut up/i hate you etc.

im entirely imagining ac2-brotherhood ezio doing this as a sneaky way of expressing frustration at people he doesnt like when he cant be vocal about it until he does it in front of like. theodora or his uncle or something and he gets scolded for it

also everybody's favorite brat bird bastard altaïr doing it and having to explain to maria why malik/a nearby brother/etc is scandalized by this. or he does it to malik and malik straight up punches him in the face or something. both are funny
