The Genogram

My Father’s family is on the left side he has 2 siblings 1 is his older brother and younger sister.My Mother’s Family is on the right and yes those are her siblings there were 9 of them before but since unfortunately one of them passed away there are now 8 of them healthy and living. Then my Mom and Dad met and you know made us I have an older and a younger sister. Thats pretty much it :D

What kind of Love I’m Looking for?

I want a love that is accepting,forgiving and unconditionally loving. I want a love that is like an exciting adventure for the both of us. I want a sweet but mature love. I want a trustworthy love nothing can tear apart. I want an appreciative love. I want a love that is composed of two whole people and not half of each and lastly I want a God-centered love.

The Emotion Challenge

Emotions are the most present, pressing and sometimes painful force in our lives. We are driven day by day by our emotions. We take chances because we’re excited for new prospects. We cry because we’ve been hurt and we make sacrifices because we love. Without a doubt, our emotions dictate our thoughts, intentions and actions with superior authority to our rational minds. But when we act on our emotions too quickly, or we act on the wrong kinds of emotions, we often make decisions that we later lament.

1.)Don’t react right away. Reacting immediately to emotional triggers can be an immense mistake. It is guaranteed that you’ll say or do something you’ll later regret.

2.)Find a healthy outlet. Now that you’ve managed your emotion, you’ll need to release it in a healthy way. Emotions should never be bottled up. Call or go see someone you trust and recount to them what happened. Hearing an opinion other than your own broadens your awareness.

3.) Replace your thoughts. Negative emotions bind us to recurring negative thoughts, creating cycles of downright negative patterns. Whenever you are confronted with an emotion which is making you feel or think something bad, force it out of your mind and replace it with a different thought. Imagine the ideal resolution to your problem playing out, think about someone who makes you happy or remember an event that makes you smile.

      My name is Bedosh I have a sickness that is very hard to cure which is called ‘’Laziness’’. I am unfortunately a Senior Highschooler and not a College Student :’(, I’ve been having a hard time focusing in my studies because I find them boring and uninteresting. I’ve been suffering from this sickness since elementary school and I was wondering if you could give me some advice to help me cure my sickness called laziness.

     I too experienced this sickness called laziness but I managed to overcome this sickness with the medicine called ‘Working Hard’ by forcing myself to become interested by studying and taking notes every day and night, I managed to improve my grades that were you know hahahaha. It might be boring and uninteresting at first but its your responsibility as a student to endure these obstacles in your life for you to have a succesful and bright future.

Expectations

Well my parent’s expectations for me in school have gone downhill if you’re talking about achievements in school hahahaha they only expect me to pass and graduate which really gives me a relaxed feeling and being relaxed makes me happy :D. 

My expectations for myself is to do my best in surviving Senior highschool and college since failing is not an option for me because surviving these two can lead to a succesful future and happiness.

In my 16 years of living I’ve accomplished alot in life but little in school. Let’s start with school, I was a 3rd honor from first grade up to third grade after that well I got a loyalty award when I graduated and that was pretty much it, this happened because someone told me that I should not pressure myself too much because ‘’75 ray pangayo sa gobyerno’’ and I realized that it was true and just settled for passing :D. I applied this saying from fourth grade and now hahahaha and my parents are ok with it as long as I don’t fail so yeah. Oh wait I also earned another achievement regarding school which was the ‘’I Survived Highschool’’ Achievement.

In order for you to be successful in your studies, it is important that you take responsibility for your learning. As a student I’ve encountered loads of responsibilities and learned a lot from these responsibilities. 

My present goal is to pass and graduate but for my future goal is to become a succesful engineer and proceed to law and become an attorney.

So yeah this is the mandala I created its not really all that impressive but the reason of why it looks like this is that it represents my mind and how I think. The human mind’s thoughts are endless just like this mandala where the shapes are endless but they are connected like thoughts. This applies to me in a way where I ask life questions but the answers to those questions lead to more questions and this cycle goes on and on so in the end it just leaves you thinking endlessly and remain curious about life.

Hi Guys! My name is Eldryan Josh Romeo S. Deleste, but everyone I know calls me Bedosh. I was born on September 23, 1999 and I grew up here in Iligan City, right now I am sixteen years old and a Senior in La salle Academy.

I am probably one of the most carefree people in my year or batch, because I believe the philosophy ‘’75 ray pangayo sa Gobyerno’’ and I follow this since it makes me feel relaxed. I suffer from a disease called Laziness therefore I am unable to do physical activities unless I drink the medicine called motivation which is a very rare medicine for me. I am an approachable guy so don’t be afraid to say Hi to me or talk to me in school because I will not ignore you and I will always reply but the thing is I am also shy so I can’t say Hi first sorry :(. My hobbies are Singing(Bathroom), Dancing, Playing Video Games, Reading Mangas and watching anime.

In the future I hope that I will become a succesful Engineer and proceed in becoming an Attorney like my relatives.
