Common Silicone Rubber for Molding&Extrusion
Common silicone rubber for molding&extrusion has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical performance, and physical and mechanical properties. Despite of slightly worse transparency than general silicone rubber, it is more suitable for manufacturing colored products.
There are two kinds of this product, namely modifying silicone rubber for molding and modifying silicone rubber for extrusion. The former can be vulcanized by DMDBH and used for manufacturing industrial accessories like keypad, seal ring and seal pad etc, while the latter can be vulcanized by DCBP and used for manufacturing wire, cable, rubber tube and rubber strip etc.
General Purpose Silicone Rubber for Extrusion
This product could be put into basic processing after adding vulcanizator DCBP. And it may not need second vulcanization when technical conditions properly controlled. The formed product has the following properties: very good high and low temperature resistance, corona and arc resistance, and electric insulation. It is suitable for different kinds of electric wire and cable, jacket rubber tubes and parts for electrical insulator, heat-resistant seals, irregular shaped and foam strips.
General Purpose Silicone Rubber for Molding
This product could be divided into six types according to its hardness. After adding vulcanizator DMDBH, it has following properties:
Excellent transparency, physical and mechanical properties, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance and prolonged use at temperature from -60°C to 200°C.
Suitable for making various kinds of keypad and parts for electronic products, accessories for machinery or cars, seal ring and parts for industrial or civil use. Different kinds of transparent, milky-white or vulcanized, colored fabrications are available.
High Temperature Resistant Silicone Rubber
This product has both excellent high and low temperature resistant properties. Adopted special fomula and technical process, it owns better heat and high temperature resistance than common silicone rubber. Among them, milky white, translucent or white color is available for common series while light yellow or brown red color is available for standard series. This product can be persistently used under the temperature 250°C and its instantaneous high temperature resistance can be up to 300°C, which is suitable for making various kinds of high temperature resistant gasket, roller, sealing strip and so on.
High-Strength Silicone Rubber For Molding
With better tensile strength, elongation and tear strength than common and general silion rubber, high-strength silicone rubber for molding is suitable for molding products with higher mechanical property requirements.
Silicone Rubber for Molding(For Food Use)
This product has very good transparency, physical and mechanical properties,
and yellowing resistance ,It is approved by Center of Disease Control and Prevention of Nanking and is in accordance with the requirements of GB4806.1-94 “Hygiene Standard of Silicone Products for Food Use”. It is suitable for kinds of silicone rubber products for food processing and medical and sanitation industries
