"Because my mother was being an insistent cow who wanted to see her granddaughter. Don’t worry though, she’s gone to her mothers with our child, not home to my father. I don’t want him near her.” She spoke, and she then made her way over to his bed and perched on the edge, watching him move around. “I’m fine.” She spoke, obviously under the influence of alcohol. “Really. I’m just… dizzy. And wanted to see you.”
Rodolphus rolled his eyes, and sat up. He dismissed the matter of their child before he began to stretch. "How did you get in here? Who let you in?" He asked, so he could know who to chew out later. "You don't need to drink, Florence. Do you want to end up like me?"
