The binging got bad...real bad.
I don't know what to do

A lot has happened in my personal life since I last posted. But one thing I know, posting here made me happier. So, I'm gonna try do do more of that :)
UPDATE: If I lose 10 lbs a month, I can be at my goal weight by the end of January 2021! Focusing on health, the numbers are extra 💚💙💜❤️🧡💛

Lunch: veggie sushi, seaweed salad, and kombucha
Snack: small handful of cashews, and a handful of blackberries/raspberries. Cup of strawbery cashewmilk probiotic drink
Dinner: taco salad- romaine, rice cooked in broth, black beans, salsa, avocado, taco dressing

Lunch: 3 slices of pizza
Dinner: gonna have an apple if I'm hungry

Breakfast: small tortilla with pine nut humms
Tea Time: spicy orange
Snacc: apple
Lunch: (pic) 1/4 avocado on whole grain bread, carrots, and red pepper. A cup of this super yummy drink
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza

Breakfast: bread with plant butter and cinnamon, and these blackberries
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, peanut butter, and a veggie burger with hummus split among two wraps

Exercise: walked about 4 miles. Didn't hit 10000 steps :/
Still better than melting into my couch cushions
