Saw a man go through a garbage bin to eat a handful of rice from someones dinner. It was heartbreaking :( I was going to give him some money but I saw him smoking. So how do I know he wont spend the money on cigarettes instead of food. So I contemplated giving him the rest of my dinner, but what if he doesnt like it? What if he has allergies? WHAT DO I DO?!
