It’s been harder to cope and manage lately but im afraid of restarting the diagnosis journey due to close-minded doctors repeatedly ignoring and brushing me aside in exchange for hundreds of dollars per visit. They say “you’re fine just take these pain meds and exercise, next patient!” Im really overwhelmed, i cant even cut/dye hair anymore (what i majored in) and i feel lost but im learning more about myself on my own. People frown upon “self-diagnosis”, but i have to start somewhere, I cant just suffer alone.
