They have broke my heart and then put it back together š„²
Girl you gotta see what your employer, the Evil Horde, is doing. They're throwing an old man into a river, and stealing a little boy's poorly named horse, and blowing up a guy's house.
Letās go lesbians letās go
more Adora's cus I've been on a roll
Hot take but even if you don't like Swift Wind he's still an important part of Adora's character arc and growth.
Swift Wind never expects anything out of Adora. He values her friendship more than anything else in the world. He's the only member of the entire show who doesn't want anything from her-- to be saved, to win the war, to get her attention, etc. He's just as confused as she is by the culture she's enmeshing herself in. He helps her through panic attacks and self-defeatism by the sheer power of not putting up with her bullshit. He cries when he can't be by her side. He helps unlock the child in Adora that she normally beats down, bringing out her more playful and silly side. They save the world with just the power of being friends. He gets her out of her rigid perfectionism and lets her accept the moment as flawed but still good.
They do fucking loop-de-loops.
I've seen the idea floating around that Adora would benefit from having a service animal like Catra. I 100% agree. I just think that Adora has one already it's just 1,000 pds and obnoxious.
Indeed.
Comrade Bird-Horse is animal performing very important services.
happy pride month, heres a fun little thing i cooked up

š³ļøāš my first pride artwork this year š³ļøāš
No pairing was requested as often as Catradora. And Iām actually quite surprised that Iāve never created fan art for this fantastic series.
Requests are still open until June 20th; you can continue sending in your suggestions until then.
ugh i love them ermmm they are available as keychains in my online store or smth, you should maybe buy them idk
hey adora
I have created this helpful guide
Miscellaneous Hordesmen! And that brings Horde Month to a close. Thank yāall so much for all your support. Iām so pleased with how they all came out, and Iām very excited to get started on the Rebellion folks for you all! Let me know who youād be interested in seeing!
If the he man movie does well and they can make the she ra movie I hope they give her the demeanour of a 40 year old man going through a divorce. She deserves it.
Watching original She-ra is a trip.
The whole series oscillates between āwow, thatās datedā and āwow, that was incredible.ā Plot aside, I really need to share some delightful stills from this moment from Episode 21: The Stone in the Sword.Ā
Context: Adora is climbing Sky-dancer Mountain to visit Light Hope because her sword is broken. Look at this beautifully dynamic pose. This is elegance and power.
The cells donāt like. The rock falls and Adora swings. Itās truly some of the smoothest animation in the series thus far and it makes me wonder if it was rotoscoped.
And thenā¦ā¦ immediately afterā¦
We are reminded that foreshortening (and Kowl) is a bitch.
Big mood, Adora. Big. Mood.
Hi :>
