Really glad you mentioned visualizing the struggle. That's a part that a lot of people get wrong. Don't visualize it happening without a fight. Imagine you fighting for your life and getting there. Not just for physical fights. Depression? You bet your ass it's going to be hard. See yourself putting in that work. Pulling yourself through the mud and fire. Then imagine yourself being able to look back on it and take a deep satisfying breath as you realize that you made it.
