Hii! @lunar-ecl1ps3 I got the pochacco cape via online shopping (search: doll cape/doll clothes) usually i use shoppee or taobao. However I do know of people who use felt/crochet to make their own hats/ capes too!^^

If you see colored ink, it was done on one layer in notability. If you see graphite/black/grey scratches/lines, its done on ibis.
