Shave Better

Inside the Rooster’s Nest, Brian the Barber, has a few helpful hints to make your shave much better! We also have included the price of the products so you can stop by and pick them up from the shop.  1. Always shave after you get out of the shower. The hot water and steam softens the hair. 2. Apply pre-shave oil before you lather your face. ($25) 3. Break away from using razors with multi-blade cartridges. Purchase a real man’s Safety Razor that take a single double edge razor blade.  (Safety razor $28-$7; razor blades .25-$1.50) 4. Put a cold, damp towel in the freezer before you get in the shower. Apply the cold towel to your face for one minute after shaving. This helps to close your pores and calm any irritation. 5. Apply facial moisturizer to soften and relax skin.
