Setbacks

Something was completely off about this week. I usually train well but I just didn't have the energy. Hopefully next week will be better and I'll have my meals planned better. This week certainly taught me I have to be gentle with myself and not kill myself for not completing everything about a workout I'm supposed to. But also be on top of everything and not let things slide by. I feel I'm good with the second part but not the first. So how can you be both gentle with yourself and have discipline?
