People are wondering why the Bridgerton Twitter account took down the release dates.

Well, maybe they figured out that none of these dates are a friday the 25th so they're trying to rescedule to August 25th 2056.

Just kidding of course because you know.... season 3 is coming soon....

Possible release dates for s3 I came up with (but they get progressively worse):

- right f***ing NOW

- Feb 14th 2024(Valentine's Day)

- April 2024 (Polin week)

- May 2024 (since they will apparently release the book tie-ins then)

- Oct 25th 2024 (since it's the next Friday that's also the 25th of the month)

- never (because maybe I'm so delusional by now that I just dreamed that a Neflix series called Bridgerton exists)

So...I realized something today while rewatching Bridgerton for what was probably the 100th time.

We all know the scene in which Colin takes Penelope’s hand in 2x08 and I always thought of it as such a sweet scene.

However, if we take a closer look at Colin’s dance with Cressida, we can see that she puts the necklace in Colin’s LEFT hand. Why is this important you ask? Because guess which of his hands he uses to hold Pen’s a few moments later. Exactly, also his LEFT hand. 

Do you understand what that means??? Colin could have easily kept the necklace in his left hand and asked Penelope to follow him. But no, this guy thought it a great idea to switch the necklace from his left to his right hand just so he could hold Pen’s hand. 

I don’t know about you, but for me this makes the scene even sweeter!!!

I know Luke and Nicola have compared Penelope and Colin to Ross and Rachel...

... but I feel like Colin is definitely gonna be Joey in season 3

So I don't want to get my hopes up but I'm pretty sure we're gonna get something on December 25th. I mean maybe they won't post anything new about season 3 (although I think they will) but I think it will be something bigger than just an old clip or behind the scenes pictures of either season 1 or 2.

Here's what I'm thinking:

Season 1 was released on December 25th (2020) and on December 25th (2021) we got a clip of the cast announcing the release date of season 2. So why wouldn't they do something big this year?

I don't think we will get a trailer. That wouldn't make sense since they haven't finished filming. I also don't think we will get a release date for the same reason. However, I believe (or maybe hope) that they will give us a clip of season 3. Why? Because they have already filmed the first couple of episode and the clip is probably gonna be from the first episode.

Also, they released a clip for season 2 at Tudum 2021, which was in September and therefore 6 months before season 2 came out. I think season 3 is gonna come out in June or July next year (because of how long it took to make season 2) and if they released the clip on Christmas that would be 6/7 month before season 3 drops on Netflix.

Sorry for my rambling but I hope I'm right.
