Zombie apocalypse AU!

I like the idea of Ethan getting infected with a zombie virus but keeping his sanity, pretty much like in the game, where he was infected with mold. From time to time he has some kind of seizures in which he obeys the virus and cannot control himself (actually, that's what happens on this art). They survive together with Karl (can you tell how done he is? xdxd) and Rose, who I would like to tell you about in my next posts ;)

Updates

If some of you haven't noticed my updates are mostly on Ao3. I don't really update on Social Media. I have my reasons, I'm not going to blow them up on here. I do write Undertale still but I am only CoWriting for the Fandom. My most recent works include Shades of Violet and Greener Pastures. Where Luna is taken in by the Bad Sans group. All kinds of fun shenanigans going on there.

I do write in other fandoms. I am still a huge Heisenberg fan (RE 8) but Grinding Gears is getting a major rewrite. Since I am mostly cowriting and editing this is slow. I intend to do a fic in honor of a writer that I had followed on Ao3 who is no longer with us. I will be writing an Adam (Hazbin Hotel) fic.

If you have been following on Ao3, me and my CoWriter only post fics when they are complete. Makes me feel more at ease to have a story completed before showing it off since I can tend to take majority interest and change things around than what I want. My fault yes but hey we are all guilty of that.

I've been planning this illustration for over a month now - in April, I had the patreon folks vote on a theme for a big gravity falls print, and camping was the winner. Even just planning the general composition took a while, figuring out where I wanted all the characters to be. Once I shored up a good thumbnail, I made it tighter twice before putting it on paper, and working in pencil. The pencil drawing part took me four sit down sessions of drawing, and then coloring the scan took another couple of days. I worked SO DANG HARD to finish this monster before mc3, and by some miracle, I did.

Overall, I'm really happy with how this illustration turned out! I feel like it does a good job of expressing my love for the show. I'm really glad people were enthusiastic about it at the convention - I had a lot stop and look at it with these really awestruck, sad wet goo goo eyes expressions LOL! They did this: 🥺 with an actual human face dskjhlsdfkjh!!
