Cato, whose little brother was part of Clove's students, always watched Clove as she trains her students. He fell in love with her immediately. When the reaping day came, Clove's name was called. Clove didn't want to be a tribute, she didn't want to leave her students. One kid tried to stop her, Cato's little brother. But she was forced back by the peacekeeper.
