We have the romance angel oracles (an optimistic they/then) that delves into mingkey's consciousness, and Manara erotic oracles (a cheerful and charming lady) to unpack their subconsciousness. Each subconsciousness card is the result of three action cards, and two consciousness cards. Thus, I group these readings by the subconsciousness part, while unpacking the reading from top (action) to bottom (subconsciousness) , left to right (the energies deepen/hide deeper that the far right is what they "value" the most in this relationship). In the end, I will give an overall summary that includes all of these cards. I know this is confusing, and I will try my best to explain ++ I will also include the descriptions of oracles, so you can also interpret with flexibility.

Of course he dose. Objectively, everyone finds ming good looking and physical appearing. But why wouldn't bummie acknowledge it like taem or jjong in blunt honesty? Not using his aegyo tone and sweet words anymore? We have a 8 of swords as the first card of bummie's action - Don't do it! Kibum shouts it to himself. He retreats his hand, closes his eyes, and stops himself from showing fondness towards ming despite the passion flares like butterflies in his stomach. He is cautious, tip toeing and giving just enough for the fan services. Isn't it cute that bummie touches ming's arm when laughing, as if the laughter is an enough distraction. As if we won't notice how long his fingers lingering on. He puts on the cold mask, keeps hims in distance, but he is not blind nor heartless. Bum senses their mutual attraction - the fate of them being inseparable like the two sides of a coin - that ming also senses (spoil alert!), and it scares him. Remember the 10 of coins dropped in bummie's view? We have similar energy here. Bummie treats ming as a loyal companion, a close family member, and he acts as it's enough for him. Instead of accepting the truth, bum is trapped in the mud of desire and maintains the status quo (it drives ming insane!!). Yet...the card is reversed, and we ask, bummie, you know you're not acing the "fake till you make it" play right?

And ming is indeed that exception because he is Choi Minho. He is someone bummie loved and continued loving. He is from bummie's past, a reconciliation bummie vowed to him and his younger self, and the now, the future, the forever. It is too hard to resist the temptation, no wonder deep in bummie's mind, he asks assertively:

We have the reversed Empress in action demonstrating that bummie is trying everything to act content and fulfilling in his current romantic relationship. To pretend he does not need Ming’s care and love when murmuring Ming’s name after getting drunk. The empress card goes with bummies zodiac sign that he needs to learn about love not just as an ideological concept, but also accepting what his body wants - the blunt nature of sensation. Bum wants a stable relationship (or more like family structure) that he only secretly calls it marriage. But…he doesn’t believe he can ever have it (poor baby) thus the wedding card in conscience. Marrying ming sounds impossible, even absurd, and this is why he only loves ming in distance. This energy appeared in bummie’s view too!!

The deck I use to channel taem is the sefirot spheres of heaven tarot, which is quite sophisticated more like old-fashioned grandpa who isn't into gossiping for interpretation. However, they have a sweet spot for taemini, and is willing to show me a glance of his exceptionally beautiful mind. !!Be aware we have many symbolic connotations that are a bit vague.

Let's crack the Cøde . . . . .

Although I said it earlier, I want stress again that taem has a precious mind that I think nobody but himself understands what is going on there. I will try my best to tangibilize the energies I receive so please bear with my figurative languages & word choices.

Let's start with the overall vibe. We have the King of Cups here and I can immediately see why my cards are fond of taemin. He is very grateful. He is grateful of having kibum and minho as his hyungs, co-workers, care-givers, and mentors. He is also grateful of kibum and minho just being close, because their energies (even those feisty and fighty ones) are rain drops that nourished the relationship amongst SHINee members, awakening their pride and competitiveness, and reminds them that they are alive instead of some zombies following rules and orders in the industry. They always break the facade peace and taemin learnt to appreciate their honesty & rationality. This is something mingkey has been able to do since day one. And it empowered taemin, it empowered jinki, and of couse, Jjong (the three cranes and one of them fades away) to fiercely be themselves as boldly as they could. The 91s are the glue that bonds the team together, and especially after jjong, taem began to see how much effort these hyungs have put into protecting the name SHINee, to provide safe space for console, and still, to shine as themselves. Each rain drop might seem subtle and insignificant, but together, the water flow can overcome everything ( "以柔克刚" soft is more "powerful" than the hard). In taem's mind, mingkey are people that offer him kind guidance, peace, and companionship, people he can rely on, and grow with.

But taem does not know how to express these emotions in words, and this is why he uses bodily language/facial expression to convey his gratitude. It is also why he is a big supporter of 91s. Taem believes the vitals of SHINee are very much mingkey-connected, so things get bitter if "dads" fight. I don't suggest that taem sees them as romantic couple (In fact, I often sense no-sexual/asexual energy from taem, perhaps due to his devout faith). He just really wants to make sure mingkey don't fight ugly so everyone is happy (6v6

How Taem sees Bummie:

Chaotic, self-destructive (see elaboration), hard candy, but has a heart of gold. To some extend, taem is "afraid of bummie" because although every member of SHINee pushes their limits in working and taem himself is a perfectionist when it comes to dancing, kibum, only kibum, burns like a moth to the flame. He burns because he wants the world to see who he really is. Bummie is always eager to try new things, to learn new skills, and to kill his old self over and over again. Kibum is constantly transferring, or more like metamorphosis, that reminds taemin to keep growing and becoming. However, Taem is afraid of him because these changes are what most people stay away from, but kibum enjoys being pushed to the edge and jumping over the falling tower. Nothing and nobody can stop him from his own will power, and taem respects kibum's decision, but he hopes at least there are more people appreciate and care for him. And taem adores bummie. Bummie is one of the sweetest person taemin ever knows. He enjoys life - gardening, cooking, taking care of commedes and garçons and frankly everyone he knows no matter if they are older or younger than him. Kibum can be strict because he wants the best for taem but would never get mad when taem "stole" a luxurious sweater on his birthday. Just like the hopeful young adult holding the brance of pure lotus, Kibum has a heart of of innocent child (赤子之心), and taem loves him for that. Taem can always trust him and be his true self with kibum.

How Taem sees Ming:

First of all, taemin respects minho a lot, but he is as critical as jjong when it comes to ming sometimes. The 9 of wands match my reading because in taemin's mind, ming is definitely a man of action and this attitude earns him great success in his career and personal life. However, there is something missing, and that shows in minho's loneliness. The lotus blooms yet all the branches turn away, emphasizing ming has taken actions to nurture his mind but he did not listen to his heart. Do you remember the crescent hanging over ming's head in my first reading (ming's take on their relationship)? I think the energy is very similar here. Taem wants to tell us that despite ming's proactive mindset, he is lying to himself and is hesitant to try out new possibilities because he gets afraid like every one else. However, it is not ming's fault and he needs time to see the clear picture.

And the world card drops again, which is ming's current objective that he has to ride the journey of growing from the loss, stepping to embrace new point of view of life, and eventually following his true heart that he reaches the reality he hopes to rebuild. Ming is desperate for love, and he cherishes shawols because being with us feels like warm home. However, remember ming keeps saying that he just wants to be loved in relationship and he will provide anything and everything. What ming really needs is faith (ת (Tav) in hebrew means "faith" & "salvation") and Taem wants ming to believe that he is loved. He deserves love. His love is returned if he believes a little more.

They together are devils. The devils of aggression, addiction, but also achievement. The design of devil card reminded me a lot of the pic where taem stands between mingkey in MBC end year stage, observing the pair staring each other in amusement. This is what he sees (ע), this is also what we see. Their constant fights and the chemistry comes out of their love-hate relationship is undeniable, fuelling their working competitiveness but these energies can also flame them. This is why the reversed temperance dropped. They still need to work on how to solve their tensions and be "in between (not too aggressive nor passive 中庸之道)" when disagreement arises. And instead of waving the blaze, taem wants them to communicate like the pouring water (empathy, understanding, love).

Devil card manifests strong sexual attraction because in the traditional Rider–Waite system, devil card's design is similar to the lovers, but instead of guarding angels they are devils constraining the pair in lust and alluring desire. Since I grasp asexual energy from taem due to his religious beliefs, it is possible that taem is trying to tell us that mingkey's dynamic have some element that is not in his belief, and it is the "devil" for them. Mingkey deny to acknowledge the sexual attraction despite everyone sees it. In taem's mind, mingkey are a duo that support each others in work, and their existences fuel the other to express and achieve success. The two cranes are ming and bummie (in this reading, each member of SHINee are cranes which I think is very taemin coded, hehe) that fly around and fly upper to the higher sky, bringing warmness and sunlight to their reality. The Knight of wands say the exact same thing, mingkey's leadership, working morals, and endless ideas pushes the group to move forward, and inspire taemin in his career. Unlike Jjong, taem does not worry that much about mingkey (because he sees them like mentors, while Jjong sees them as younger-brothers), but he indeed hopes these two can achieve harmony and balance that is also beneficial for themselves and SHINee as a whole.

I hope everyone enjoyed Keyland and the adrenaline rash when seeing Bummie's bubble pic. Today's reading is very concise and straightforward, mapping out energies that I received on their mindset and relationship dynamic day one (jan/28) and two (jan/29). A simple glance at it, there are three major arcanas that stress how important this means for them - being close with each other and celebrating special moments together. Friends, Laughter, the beauty of accomplishment, and of course...drinks and good food and silly jokes. This is home. Ming and bummie always feel at home around each other. This is something more than home, because we all feel the intimacy penetrating through the phone screen just by seeing the pic. Bummie's Fortitude card says the same: a determined mind that concentrating on the pure lotus flower. I failed bummie because I though he is not strong enough. I was wrong. Our Bummie is much stronger than I expected, and not only he is able to protect himself, but also protect people around him. He still values the simplest things, the love and connection.

"Never chase the famous" right?

It made me laugh because Jjong reminded bummie do not focus on materials when he is with ming. I guess it is Jjong telling bummie if he wants to be rational in this relationship, at least treats ming fairly like he treats the work. It's that "do you like the bag or do you like me?" interrogation all over again, hehe. Something else that I pick up is that Bummie was drunk, but not blacked out drunk and he made the move to sit on ming's lap platonically. He just felt the vibe and followed his heart, it is the warmness he desired.

But it is not that simple for ming. The reversed 5 of wands represents a dilemma that ming is going through, the dilemma between maintaining the fragile peace aka the status quo they tried so hard to create, and the fear that if he makes the step but it goes south. Seeing the five wands piercing into ming's body, again, reminds me his "grieving addiction". He is hesitant to step further and avoids the possibility of changing their relationship dynamic because he does not want to tear open the old wound between them back in teenager times. He is okay with bummie taking the leads, even if it hurts his self-esteem, and he serves like habits. Do notice that ming is a very passionate individual that he hugs to squeeze others into his body, and he is DRUNK here, but he rests his hands on bummie so gently only to keep bummie from falling. Nothing shows possessiveness. He wants more, of course, and it is not about romantic/sexual but because he loves bummie. Simply like that.

The Second Day:

I am very curious of why bummie has shared this special moment with us so I asked my cards. Was he still drunk? Or he just wanted to flex their friendship? Seeing the reversed hanged man is both mind-relieving and concerning because it shows 1) bummie is out of the suffocating times (hanged man upright, see the reading of Jjong's view) that he experienced during keyland preparation, he is now able to express feelings directly, and connecting with ming is breathing - lungs full of air that he wants to shout to the world how good he feels, however, 2) he celebrates this moment's euphoria but still avoids the tensions between them in the future. It is a one time joy, yet sharing it feels so right. He wants us to know he is doing ok, he is happy, he is with ming, and everything is going to be alright. The stars protect him and he is so proud of how far he and ming has walked to achieve this harmony.

On ming's side, in the beginning, I did not understand why my card gives me the lovers (girl & girl) because it is always the lover (boy & boy) before. Then, I see how similar both the cards' designs look, and it demonstrates that mingkey are in the same reality but different mindsets and attitudes. The apples signify the fruit (outcomes) they look forward getting from this particular interaction. Bummie's card focuses on personal growth, while ming is much more sensual, craving to bond with bummie more intensely. As if ming is saying that "you sent this private pic to the shawols, does that not mean you are validating our intimacy?" Ming is processing the idea, and it is a very sweet jealousy that he truly wants bummie to give him more attention. Perhaps this is the death card we got couple days ago, the little step that manifests change, and perhaps, just perhaps, they will realize how madly they are in love.

However I also said that he is facing "setbacks!!" in work, I think you know what I am referring to and I will talk about it more later ✦

The deck I am using to chat with Jjong is The Wandering Spirit Tarot. Since I started talking to him, all the cards I got from him are REVERSED (in total of 20 cards!!), but when I ask about other members -> jjong, the cards are normal presenting both upright and reversed. That said, I take reversed cards from jjong only as a proof of connection, and interpreting them the same as the upright meaning.

To my surprise, Jjong finds the overall dynamic between ming and bummie healthy and even to some extend, fulfilling. I assumed he'd be more censorious, hehe, but he is in peace and happy about the bond mingkey has built these years. "They got better with each other", is what he is trying to say, and especially at communicating their emotions (10 of Cups) that they can hold and pull each other up when sorrow consumes their tender hearts. It is very beautiful, and I told Laura (twi) that Jjong knew he left a legacy for everyone in this world: the lesson of care, love, empathy. Minho and kibum learnt to round their edges so they can have long conversations in supportive tone to console. Jjong is always watching over them. Even sometimes bummie does not want to approach him, as he complains. Because it is more often bummie comforting ming in warm hugs and soothing words, instead of allowing himself to accept the love from other people.

What Jjong wants to say to Bummie:

"Decide wisely. Take sometime to think through what is more important in your life...because it is not the materials. You know that. It is tough times, and to unlearn a habit that roots in your hard-working moral is not easy. I am always here to help. You should talk to me instead of repressing it to yourself..I am proud of you. And it is also okay to cry, my love."

Besides Jjong's words, I also want to add that bummie should be careful with his physical health: chest pain, joint pain, and headaches caused by insomnia. One of the problems come out of his over-working is insufficient rests. And despite the vitamins and health products bummie is having, he has eating problems (esp Keyland is happening soon and he always limits his appetite before events like such). Grab a good dinner and let out the exhaustion throughout tears after Keyland seem a good option to relax. Both jjong and I believe bummie is able to take good care of himself, but we want him to feel supported all the time. Looking at the ace of swords, I do see that bummie needs to be resilient in balancing his work and personal life. Trying new things while patiently reflecting will be good for him.

And do not blame yourself when mistakes are made, bummie. We cannot be omniscient, nor do we have the power to control everything. Staying silent must feel like suffocating. Embrace them. Embrace and grow.

What Jjong wants to tell Ming:

"Minho ah...listen to heart, but also listen to your brain. I know you find yourself lost in the middle of the sea, and you desperately hold on to stability. We are all on the path of life, what a huge waste if we reach the destination too early? And don't you quibble that you are not addicted to the pain of grieving me. Trust your decision."

!! I am going to share my honest thoughts here, because the same theme appears and appears when I read about ming. The painful memories are thorns that wrapped around ming's ankles, but it isn't because he can not break free, it is because Minho does not want to break free. At this point, there is no good of indulging the pain. The three of swords is commonly showed in the pattern of three swords stabbing into a red heart in Rider system, while it manifests heartbreaking sadness, it also stresses a harmony that comes out the experience. Ming probably does not realize that he builds his stability upon the loss of jjong, and despite how comfortable it must feel to connect with loved ones throughout the shared pain, he needs learn to be at the present (++why bummie wants ming to see him as himself not as a grieving co-dependency partner). I always find it mind-assuring that ming is close with many elder figures, hyungs such as Changmin, because he does indeed need mentors to guide and support him in finding the keys to re-open his heart. Also, I think ming should try/is trying meditation, which is good because he spends so much energy bodily, it must feels unbalanced if the brain is not up to same level use.

Minkey Relationship + Work

Okay, in a sum that from Jjong's perspective he does encourage mingkey to try new dynamic so to ease any tension that still remains between them. As I said earlier, I expected jjong to be a little more critical, and here we are, the hyung is expecting MORE. He does have something to say about the status quo bummie is keeping, because he knows that hurts ming (looking the gestures between the girl and the skeleton in knights of swords) and ming is just being polite not showing how hurt he is. Do notice that sometimes ming jokes about bummie being the meanest person in the world, and he tries to retort helplessly in venerable tone.

Be gentle with ming, bummie. You gotta know that Minho sometimes feel small in front of you, even with that 5.9 and bodybuilding champion figure. Gives him a chance to make decisions in your relationship so you can let out the breathe you have been holding. Give him some trust. And be proactive with bummie, ming. Bummie needs space, respect, and most importantly, trust. Making bummie to understand how much you trust his decision, and how much he could trust you. I mean...you overcome so many difficulties, try apply this mindset when you are with bummie more because a little part of bummie just waits for you to take the lead. Take his hands and walk out of the sweet misery.

If we compare the patterns between now (base card: ten of cups) and what jjong expects (the death card). We can see that the girl who is hugging the skeleton is now hugged by the skeleton. It indeed shows that why jjong wants they to break the status quo because ming is then able to better show his support, that their dynamic changes and "bummie retrieving from support" would switch to them "mutual supporting". It is better because they do not need to knee, as to compromise in bonding, but finding the right angle to cuddle comfortably.

As forJjong's suggestion about mingkey's works...before I delve into the reading, both Laura and I pulled out the hanged man card (mine before the M@donald promotion and hers afterwards) . I am deeply concern about bummie. I understand the situation must have brought frustration and anger to many, and I hope to comfort you in peaceful words. As I typed here the textbook reading of the hanged man here:

Both mingkey needs to balanced out their personal and working lives, especially in making correct decisions regarding what type of jobs they should be working on. Ming in praticular, has to be careful with jobs that 1) forbids him from seeing and expressing who he really is, 2) holds back him from exploring his potentials, and 3) physically too dangerous or challenging. In bummie's case, jjong has said enough about deciding between materials and spiritual, taking more rests and reflection are also important. However, I have to stress again that over-working also blinds bummie from deep connection, and the possibility to better bond with ming. I truly hope they will have some conversations after Keyland that ming can support bummie since jinki is resting and bummie cannot ask taem, a dongsaeng, to tell him everything is going to be ok.

If ming's cards manifest honesty, bummie gives me a very strong sense of rationality. Despite so many cups here (family ties, romantic love, and self-love), bummie is a very goal-orientated individual who doesn't let the floats of emotion impact his career and personal life. He has become a little control freak, hehe. But it is totally understandable. After losing his grandma, jjong and ming (++ refer to the romantic section for elaboration) , bummie is trying to re-gain control through being a workaholic, so to express his heartbroken sadness in work and art. Good news is, he feels very content about his career, financial status, relationships, and where he and ming at. However, one might argue that he is a bit cruel and possibly, selfish - maintaining the status quo because he is one who has more say in their relationship.

Let's look at the past. The reversed king of cups immediately brings that shy bummie back to my mind. He was delicate, sensitive, on-the-edge in the debut times, but full of dreams and determined to make a career out of himself as a multi-talented idol. He didn't hesitant much at the decision of leaving Daegu to Seoul for his dream, even that meant completely new environment, living alone, and not being able to spend more time with his family. Especially his grandmother, the one raised him, and understood him (as I am typing, I still sense the warmness in bummie's heart whenever he thinks of her. He never stops missing her). And that is rationality v.s. emotions from day 1. Kibum has been really hard on himself since the beginning and loneliness, the feeling of out-of-place & isolation had consumed him. But he could handle those...then he met Choi Minho. A bit dramatic? No. Ming made bummie doubting whether the industry (and fans) would welcome someone like him. Worse. He hurt bummie in ways that reminded bummie his wronged times back in Daegu. A less developed city where you see more discrimination and bully against people who want to be themselves instead of being others. That is why bummie got all work up and self-protective when he is around ming. And bummie is as stubborn as ming, he overcomes the side-eyes like breathing fine air.

He didn't know how to overcome ming tho.

It is getting very hard not to analyze it in romantic ways because the lovers dropped, yes, but also because the lovers card is the only major arcana appeared in the result - meaning it is very IMPORTANT. (ming has both the world and the lovers, emphasizing how much he wants to make things right between them, and romantic love could be a good option) However, I will try to give a platonic reading first.

Bummie has been rational dealing with emotions, yet ming is his exception. The frictions, the fights, and the upsets slipped into his heart & left a void that bummie learnt to distance himself from ming and from getting hurt. It doesn't mean bummie doesn't care about ming. He does, deeply. And seeing ming happy makes bummie so happy that he is willing to sacrifice his own desires. Don't forget how sensitive, loving and caring bummie is. He is just too good at choosing rationality instead of his own wants. Taking the left-on-read messages as an example, bummie needed his own space/time to grieve, so he prioritized healing his own heart before ming's enthusiasm to bond. Even if that means hurting ming, means his heart ached at the realization he is hurting ming, and giving away the chance to be closer with ming. Bummie was resolved on the idea of not allowing anything ANYTHING to hurt his precious precious heart.

And looking at the base card, the king of coins, bummie is pretty satisfied with his decision. He enjoys ming being around (in the distance he sets for them), and he wasn't lying when he compares ming to commedes and garçons in the LG Object Collection show. Ming is loyal and bummie knows he can count on that - he loves ming supporting him (both his career and personal life), accompanying him, and comforting him. Ming is not just a good friend, he is family that stays in bummie's softest part. And well, also occasionally way too often gifts bummie. Gifting luxury gifts really isn't ming's love language but serving is, so when ming realized how much bummie loves getting gifts from him he nods yes. This little agreement is very sweet (remember I said ming is always READY to become a good boy for bummie?). In this way, their friendship will grow and profound like evergreen.

Before continuing on, I want to throw a harmless joke here...we have a "clown" in ming's reading, and a "simp" here again. Poor boy. But bummie is just trying to be careful and protective.

Oh, come on! Look at the cards here, I bet your reading is more straightforward than mine. A lovers at the reverse signifies difficult communication, one-sided love, and the awareness of impossible love. In this case, I believe all of them are present. Bummie will never say that word if he knows all he gets is rejection. What is even sadder is he never stops loving ming (flowers continue blooming) while he believes so stubbornly that his feeling is unrequited. That he believes one day in the future, ming will fall in love (and get married) like those happy endings in the fairytales. But not with him. When that happens, bummie will stay in the little castle he build himself, enjoy aglass of wine and the cuddles of commedes & garçons, and gives his sincere good wishes. He will continue focus on his works and avoids to even think about the possibility between ming and him because of what he learnt through the years. Bummie is sensitive, and many times a cry baby.

But he doesn't want to cry anymore.

Bummie will continue focusing on work>relationship. However, I can see this attitude sets him back sometimes, because the emptiness in his heart withholds him from some deep connections. He dates/interacts with others, of course, but those love are not enough to fill the hole in his heart. In the end, we have the 6 of swords, carrying sorrow and unsatisfied feelings to the future. Bummie is hurt because of their seemingly-ok-but-not-balanced relationship, he is even more hurt because he now realizes that ming is hurt. Payback...almost, but bummie really does not want a sad face on ming. That is why I eagerly pulled up a result card, since 6 of swords can also mean good fruit after growing up from sad lessons. And I am pleased to see the seven of wands here. This card means the difficulties we face to continue to have success. And I believe they will figure things out, in the best way possible to nurture their relationship and career development.

Readings:

Before I dive in-depth into discussing the readings and meanings of each card, I want to share the incentive energy I grasp here: honesty. My cards are very honest in delivering information this time, for one, but I also sense that Ming is very honest (to himself) in approaching matters with Bummie now. He is able to better communicate his needs, discuss his concerns, and very importantly, reflect on his mistakes (!) & becoming ready to be a better boy for kibum. This does not mean their bickering nature changes immediately. Rather, as we see in the Live Alone episodes, Ming could now consult ways that fuel their dynamic without hurting bummie or himself. These joyful fights drag Bummie closer instead of pushing him away, and hurting Kibum is what Mings regrets the most in their relationship.

7 of Swords in the Past position matches my reading. In the plain sense, this card means betray. Ming had failed bummie in the past times. What he had believed (the swords he held in his arms), e.g., hetnormative thinkings, helped him accepting his new image, adjusting to work in the industry, and bonding with other SHINee members (and other workers), but it had turned away bummie (the sword behind him). Ming was an insecure boy struggled under the shadow of his father (a soccer couch who naturally prioritizes competitiveness, results, and seniority rules) and an older brother minseok who was better at everything than him at the time. That's why Minho desperately believed he must overcome any challenges to prove his worth. Minho weaponized this mindset, so stubborn even if the blaze hurt people around him. I mean, he is never someone aggressive, but he fought with bummie as if he was not mad at kibum but himself. Mad at the idea of not being the strong man he promised himself to be. He did not realize what protected him is the cloak (people around him, family, friends, SHINee members), not the sword (his will power) ...The distance between him and bummie made Ming lonely. His heart is the crescent hanging on the night sky that longing for love and connection.

In one sentence summary, Ming does not feel content of how their relationship functions and he is heartbroken because he sometimes feels one-sided putting most effort. Kibum can be cold and out of reach, as Ming experienced during the military times, and as I joked with my friend when I was doing the cards-pulling, Ming sometimes sees himself as a "clown". He addresses it to bummie but has no confidence in changing their relationship (and changing bummie's attitude) to what he desires: a more honest, heart to heart, same-level love energy dynamic. This is not the "world" or reality Ming wants and he is trying his maximum BEST to alter. However, there is an fundamental unbalance between his and bummie's view of how they should interact, and if you read my readings of bummie's view on the other post later, you will understand it is both out of insecurities.

For Ming, the insecurities come from the pain of losing a great great friend. We have a reversed 5 of coins, the dream of 5HINee achieving success together was shattered like the broken mirror - and one coin, our dear jjong, stays in this never coming true dream forever. My cards are very honest, as I said earlier, and my heart ached when this card came to me. Jjong's death changed Ming tremendously. In ways he now views friendship, relationship, and any intimate interaction. Do you notice how Ming takes photo of everything and every moment he shares with close friends? He maxed out his phone storage on bummie, as if the grieving taught him pictures and videos are the only things he can go to when he lost loved ones. He is afraid of idea of losing bummie (and of course other SHINee members), because after jjong, ming finally realized he is just a little boy hiding under the cloak. Hiding under the protection of his hyung. He was never strong enough to protect himself and what he loves - and this is why, he dedicated himself to work out the “problems" in his relationship w kibum.

To hold bummie closer is to put his shattered reality back in place.

Even if it means the cold treatment and left on read messages.

I usually don't do romantic readings on RPS. But the lovers dropped and as I said earlier, getting the "man & man" lovers card is a 1/81 ratio that I think my cards is trying to tell me something. We gotta give major Arcana some respect. And obviously, it gets more evident *spoilers alert* when the SAME lovers card dropped in bummie's result.

I want to keep this section short because it preys on their private life, and assuming anything can be disrespectful. However, considering Ming has posted both rainbow flags and the the notting hill bookshop LGBTQ+ themed books...I will share what I have read on the cards. A lot of tensions between ming and bummies still come from their different opinion of intimate relationship. Bummie has not fully forgive ming because in a small corner of ming's mind, he still holds on some of the hetnormative thinkings. He does not realize that there is an option of love. Or more frankly, he does not realize what he wants (the level of love) from bummie is what bummie only gives to his romantic LOVERS. And only when ming stops "overcoming" the idea of man to man love unnatural (as to support bummie), but truly accepting it (as himself doing it) can make the world right for him and bummie.

The lovers card in the future is a beautiful and mind-assuring result, because before that ming still has a long way to go. We have the reversed 5 of cups here, stressing how the past events left scars on ming to a breaking point. He is/will be overwhelmed with pain, sadness, and the feeling of helplessness when trying to forge deeper bonds with bummie. The refusal hurt him enough that he almost gives up. But giving up is not really Minho isn't it? And bummie is sensitive. When bummie finally comes around, forgives ming, and accepts that he no longer can avoid ming's sincere heart, things will be good for them. Things will be great. They will have each other's back and heal together from the past memories, and from losing jjong. The moon will be full.

The only thing ming needs to know is (since my cards are shouting this to me!!), he has to stop project the grief of losing jjong onto bummie. Bummie wants ming to love him, not as the grieving-i need to grab someone way, but really just sees and loves bummie as himself.
