Merry Christmas was stitched about 30 years so and I have finally managed to get it hung on the wall. I didnāt press it because I just wanted to get it hung. Iāll press it next year before I hang it š
The Night Before Christmas was only finished about 10 years so although it took until 2 years ago to finish the border. Now I have finally cut the dowel and put the hooks in to hang them.
Yay!
...and some quince paste to go with my cheeses.
I could not resist grabbing some quinces from the table at work this week. Thanks Sally. Quince Jelly made. Hoping I can make some paste with the cooked pulp.
My next project started. #hapforharriet from #katedaviesdesigns. I purchased some lovely yarn from #theyarntrader. I love the richness of the colour āPurple Reignā. Yarn is 90% Merino wool, 10% Nylon, sock yarn from #hedgehogfibres.com ...but I canāt hide this glorious colour in my shoes so it will become a Hap!
Yay! My #btscal by #shelleyhusband of #sponcushions is now finished. I do hope the new owner will like it.

Another project completed. Thanks to Bendigo Woollen Mills for the sumptuous 16ply special blend yarn (95%wool 5%silk/bamboo) and Wool and the Gang for the pattern.
Iāve gone bananas with this triangular scarf by #TaigaHilliard with thanks to #unravelyourknitcrate from #Ravelry . Although not something I would have normally chosen to knit it will certainly brighten up my wardrobe. I look forward to wearing it very soon.
So hereās my latest creation. A gift for a friend. I have to say itās lovely and warm, having been crocheted using 10 ply our wool. The hearts were a bit of a pain to make up but the blanket would not be the same without them. I do hope my friend likes it. #withallmyheart #TheHat&I

Confused
Iām still a little confused about how to use this app. I guess Iāll work it out eventually but I think Iām making errors along the way. Trouble is Iām a bit of a perfectionist and like to get things right the first time. Not to worry though because as I keep telling the kids at school, āthe best way to learn is by making the mistake first.
Iām waiting for my next #KnitCrate to arrive in the mail. What does it have in store for me? Iām actually enjoying the suspense when usually I hate suspense.
