Asmodeus strangling MC was a really unpleasant surprise for me. Seeing new sides of Asmo is interesting, but I don’t want that new negative side directed at MC. The amount of anger towards MC was really unwarranted.

Yes, the circumstances are dire, but, to me, MC is 99% innocent in this whole situation, especially with the statue part. And everyone, including the MC themself, needs to stop blaming them.

There was no rational reason that the super dangerous statue that causes misfortune wasn’t locked up/secured in some way. And there was no rational reason that Mammon didn’t warn MC to avoid this super dangerous statue. So, the statue breaking wasn’t in any way, shape, or form MC’s fault.

Why was MC even tasked with cleaning this random warehouse all by themself in the first place?

PrettyBusy does this a lot, putting MC into positions that they really shouldn’t, and then punishing MC for it. They did the same thing with the butler event, where MC was, for some inexplicable reason, gambling all alone in Abyssos.

MC is an extremely important figure in Hell. They’re also very weak/fragile compared to literally everyone else. Logically, there should be either a King or one of the 72 devils with them at all times. Otherwise, it’d be very easy for any angel or even a wayward devil to kill them, which would be very bad for Hell.

So, PrettyBusy having these solitary side quests for MC makes no sense. I know they’re doing that to quick-start story plots, but surely they could come up with better scenarios that follow actual logic and don’t make the devils seem like they could care less if MC gets murdered.

Now, in regards to MC dealing with Azathoth, what else were they supposed to do?

A huge amount of devils were dead. Mammon was dead. Levi was about to die shortly. And Satan was either like Mammon or Levi. Three out of seven Demon Kings extinguished in a single fight would be catastrophic for Hell.

What would have Asmo preferred for MC to do in this situation? Just move on and let them be dead? Because, in that case, then MC wouldn’t be MC.

What MC did was completely in line with their character, because if it wasn’t, then the entire story of the game wouldn’t exist. We saw in MC’s first scene that they’re self-sacrificing, and that they don’t consider consequences at all if it means saving their loved ones. They didn’t hesitate to make a deal with Satan, the infamous devil from the bible, whose deals in popculture usually end very badly for the human. That didn’t matter to them, because Satan was offering to save Minhyeok.

It’s not like MC knew that their deal with Azathoth could potentially collapse the world. They thought that the consequences would be placed solely on themself. So, I can’t fault MC at all for what they did to save Satan, Mammon, and Leviathan.

In my opinion, the only thing that MC should have done differently was tell everyone immediately what had transpired in that alternate timeline as soon as they woke up. Or, at the very least, tell everyone what happened when the Kings started turning into cats for seemingly no reason.

TLDR: Asmodeus leave MC alone, they’re trying their best.

I don't doubt the love the devils have for MC, but this whole thing pissed me off for using knowledge as a form of control. I want to start by saying this gently: talking about this game means touching on some pretty uncomfortable themes, so I think it’s worth approaching it with a bit of patience and nuance. To me, WHB feels less like messy writing and more like a case study in weaponized ignorance — that specific dynamic where crucial information is withheld, someone predictable messes up because they didn’t know better, and then they’re blamed for the fallout. It’s the kind of pattern where the uninformed party is set up to fail, and the people with the knowledge walk away clean.

You could chalk it up to inconsistent worldbuilding. That’s the easy read. But I think this pattern mirrors real-world power structures, where knowledge becomes leverage, and plausible deniability becomes armor. When information is selectively shared, control shifts quietly but decisively to whoever holds it.

The Valentine’s Day event really highlights this. MC breaks a dangerous cat statue that Mammon left unsecured — without warning them. They witness three Kings die. In a panic, they make a deal with a cosmic entity without fully understanding the consequences. And after all of that? They’re physically punished by Asmodeus for “messing up.”

At no point in that chain of events were they given the information necessary to make an informed choice. And that’s what makes it feel less like chaos — and more like a pattern.

If you step back and look at the pattern, it’s honestly a little wild how often the devils forget to mention extremely important information… and then act shocked when MC gets it wrong.

Take the Cat Statue incident. Mammon sends MC to handle inventory alone. The catastrophically dangerous statue is just sitting there, fully accessible. No one explains what it does. No warning labels, no “hey, don’t touch that unless you want to trigger ancient consequences.” Then when it breaks? Suddenly it’s MC’s fault. Fascinating.

Or the chocolate tradition. MC has no way of knowing that eating someone’s chocolate in Hell apparently equals consenting to sexual activity. That’s not exactly universal etiquette. No one explains the cultural rule ahead of time, and MC only learns about the implication after the damage is done. Which feels less like a misunderstanding and more like a setup.

Then there’s the prayer incident. MC isn’t warned that praying in Paradise Lost summons Gabriel. No one mentions that God has a particular interest in them. So of course MC stumbles straight into danger. Not because they’re reckless—but because they were never briefed.

The Azathoth deal might be the clearest example. MC is told there will be “consequences,” but not what those consequences actually are. They agree, believing they’ll shoulder the cost themselves. Instead, three Kings die, and MC is later blamed for not understanding the cosmic-scale implications they had no possible way of grasping. That’s not negligence on MC’s part. That’s incomplete disclosure.

The worldbuilding makes it clear that devils live for centuries. They have institutional memory. They understand Hell’s rules inside and out. So when they choose not to educate MC, that’s a choice. Not an oversight.

What makes it more uncomfortable is how questions are handled. When MC does try to ask, the responses often discourage further inquiry. Hades nobles call them stupid. Abyssos nobles treat them like a naïve child in a way that feels more condescending than kind. Devils get irritated at “obvious” questions. Ignorance is socially punished.

That creates a classic double bind. MC needs information to survive safely—but asking for information leads to humiliation. Over time, that kind of environment trains someone to stop asking questions entirely. Which, of course, keeps them dependent and vulnerable.

On top of that, MC is held to impossible standards. They’re treated like Solomon’s reincarnation—expected to measure up to a legendary figure—while being denied the knowledge, training, and preparation Solomon actually had. They’re thrown into cosmic-level conflicts with almost no briefing. And when they fail, they’re blamed.

For someone described as an “extremely important figure in Hell,” the protection strategy is… questionable. They’re sent on solo missions to dangerous locations. Left to clean warehouses alone. Allowed to gamble alone in Abyssos. Given no consistent security despite being actively hunted by angels.

At a certain point, it stops looking like protection and starts looking like controlled exposure. MC’s vulnerability keeps generating crises, and those crises keep the story moving. Which makes for compelling drama—but in-universe, it paints a picture of a cycle that quietly guarantees their failure and then scolds them for it. If Hell truly values MC as much as it claims, perhaps a proper orientation handbook or having them tutored by Gusion would be a good start.

When I play WHB, I can’t help noticing how familiar some of its dynamics feel — not in a “haha relatable” way, but in a very real-world institutional way.

It reminds me a lot of certain workplace setups I’ve seen (and studied) during my internship. A new employee gets handed something critical, receives zero proper training, no context, no safe space to ask questions, and then gets blamed when things inevitably go sideways. The institution keeps its hands clean (“Well, we gave them the assignment”), the individual gets labeled incompetent, and the power hierarchy tightens. Suddenly, the newbie “needs” the system more than the system needs them.

That’s basically MC in Hell. They’re expected to operate like a seasoned veteran in cosmic contract law, time manipulation, and demon politics — without onboarding. And when they fail, the questions sound reasonable on the surface: “Why didn’t you ask?” (Because asking gets you mocked.) “Why didn’t you know?” (Because no one taught you.) “Why did you make that deal?” (Because what other option existed?) It’s less about incompetence and more about structural design.

This “trial by fire” model: Newcomers are kept deliberately under-informed, mistakes are framed as “learning experiences” (even when the consequences are severe), and information is quietly gatekept to preserve hierarchy. The ones who survive are “strong.” The ones who struggle are “weak.” It’s called resilience-building. Critics call it something else. There’s also a strong legal-system parallel. Many bureaucratic systems run on information imbalance: ignorance of the law is “no excuse,” yet access to that knowledge is uneven and often class-gated. If you can’t afford guidance, you’re blamed for not knowing your rights. MC navigating Azathoth-level contracts and timeline consequences without counsel feels very similar. Being punished for breaking a rule you had no reasonable way to learn isn’t justice — it’s imbalance.

On a more personal level, the relationship with Minhyeok reads like a textbook codependent caretaker dynamic. He handles everything. MC forgets basic things. Over time, MC becomes less capable, more dependent, and quietly resentful. Meanwhile, Minhyeok’s identity centers around being needed. No one here has to be a villain for the structure to be harmful. But the outcome is clear: MC arrives in Hell with very little self-efficacy and a pattern of accepting whatever treatment they’re given. The way Hell treats MC also resembles dysfunctional family systems. They’re both “special” (Solomon’s descendant) and “useless.” Precious and disposable. Golden child and scapegoat at the same time. The goalposts constantly move: save Hell, but not like that. Ask questions, but don’t be ignorant. Stop asking, but why didn’t you know? Make a decision, but it was the wrong one. There’s no winning move — and that may be the point. A system designed to keep someone off-balance doesn’t actually want them stable.

When Asmodeus reacts to the timeline incident, MC’s desperate reaction becomes the focus. Punishment follows. The narrative shifts from “Why was MC put here without tools?” to “Why did MC mess up?” You shouldn’t have to be exceptionally competent — or perfectly innocent — to deserve basic information and safety. The debate over whether MC “deserved” to be strangled is telling shouldn’t even be the baseline question. The “survive through sex” mechanic complicates everything. When survival is tied to sexual availability, consent becomes murky at best. It’s framed as willingness, even enthusiasm, but consent under existential pressure isn’t exactly a clean scenario. MC’s hypersexuality also becomes a distraction device. Trauma responses get eroticized. “They’re just horny” replaces deeper discussion. There’s also an attention economy element. MC was bullied and isolated on Earth. In Hell, they’re desired. That desire — even when sexualized — feels like validation. And that can create a powerful incentive to tolerate mistreatment. Positive attention, even in unhealthy forms, can feel better than invisibility. Thriving on attention doesn’t mean thriving in a healthy environment.

All of this makes the game feel less like random, messy writing and more like a depiction of how institutional and interpersonal harm can function: withhold information, create impossible conditions, blame the person who fails, punish attempts to learn, distract with desire, normalize the cycle. Even the lack of trigger warnings fits thematically — players, like MC, are often thrown into situations without preparation. If it’s accidental, then it’s inconsistent writing that unintentionally mirrors real-world patterns. If it’s intentional, then MC’s “incompetence” reads more like learned helplessness, and the structure itself is the point. The worldbuilding leans toward the second interpretation for me. Hell and devils are bound to legibility — they can’t pretend ignorance. That detail matters. If they’re bound to know, then withholding information is a choice. When Mammon doesn’t warn MC, he knows. When Asmodeus punishes consequences MC couldn’t foresee, he knows. When nobles mock MC’s questions, they know those answers are necessary.

Back to Asmodeus, it's great that the devil of lust actually has more emotions than just fucking, but we all know he spent the longest time in the human realm, why is he the one being not understandable about mc's situation? Again, mc was just peacefully living until a seraphim suddenly pooped up her screen and tried to kill her, causing her bff to get killed and all the sudden a devil saved her, then having a seraphim brand on her chest making her a big target. And now she's obligated to help the devils because apparently, Solomon, her "ancestor" died before he could break all their contracts with the devils. Unfortunately now she was actually it's reincarnation. All she wanted to do was help hell, seeing devil kings dying infront of her obviously made her scared and all she could think about is how to help them, not even thinking about the consequences that would happen to her, instead of reassuring her and saying that he'll help.. No.. all he had to do was just blame her for everything when she didn't have a single clue on that it was dangerous.

This might come off as being dramatic of me but holy shit bro, they keep doing this and it's just so annoying.

Mammon & Love at First Sight

Mammon has always described his feelings for you as falling in love at first sight. He’s never really gave any reasons for that before, which made it feel a little shallow to me unfortunately.

But I’m happy to say he does end up elaborating during his Pirate card.

I like this explanation. It makes a lot of sense for him as the Devil King of Greed. He should be able to see what will be valuable to him and what won’t be. So if Mammon looks at someone for the first time and sees that their value is higher than anything else before or after, then of course it’s completely natural that he’d fall in love immediately.

This is 100% my interpretation. I might have made some mistakes during my research too with the terms, so please take it with a grain of salt. 🙈🙇‍♀️❤🙏🥺 

Raphael <3

I think Raphael is mayadere (マヤデレ) for starters, like he starts as a villain and antagonist at first, but after falling in love with the protagonist, he kinda switches sides and wants to protect her.

Next, he's definitely a bakadere (バカデレ) since pookie is an idiot and falls in love immediately with MC but doesn't realize it himself, even though he's like “I have butterflies in my stomach when I think of you?! Must be hunger...?”lol love him smmm wahhh.🙈😳💦❤

Next (best) trait is menhera (メンヘラ). Unlike yandere (ヤンデレ), menhera are unhinged and emotionally unstable too, but they're sweet to the MC, not overly possessive or going cage mode. They can have abandonment issues, get over attached to MC and also have mood swings or self destructive tendencies.  Menheras can go yandere mode too, but not always and Raphael doesn't he's really sweet to MC. 🥺💕

He’s also a delinquent/yankee type (ヤンキー) rebellious, talks rudely, causes trouble, etc. I love it that he calls Lucifer "aniki" as if he's in yakuza lol. 😹

Some might call him kuchidere (キチデレ) too, but I read that this term is considered derogatory and very insensitive in Japan nowadays toward people with mental illnesses because it means “crazy/lunatic” and this is very discriminatory and hurtful. 💔 Raphaelino might be a 2D character, but I wouldn't call him that term either personally. 💔 It's not his fault he was born like that too he's really hurting. 😭 Giving him a big hug 🫂❤🥺. Menhera is more commonly used in the otome fandom nowadays. But yeah, in general all these terms aren’t for real people, obviously.

He's also an "innocent" monster (無垢なる怪物 / イノセントモンスター) type, like he'd never hurt MC, even though he doesn't hesitate to do so to others lol.

His character goes gap moe (ギャップ萌え) too, of course, best of all because of the strong contrast between what his character seems like and what he actually is. Like, we saw how violent and unhinged he was, but the moment we met him and read his cards and chats, this guy is so sweet and adorable like...is that the same person lol? 😳 Also, wanko (わんこ) that's basically puppy-like. 🐶❤

Michael

Michael is menhera (メンヘラ) too. Like, all the angels are tbh. He’s more like the tragic menhera type. Also, he’s a brocon (ブラコン / 兄妹コンプレックス) obviously lol.

Mmm, I'm 50-50 about an "adjusted" yandere type, like he is definitely not normal with his brother Lucifer, but I don't think he is, because all the angels are killing devils, etc., because of their religious extremism and fanaticism. Michael doesn’t hurt them out of jealousy, but more like he’s scared they’re hurting or tricking Lucifer and he wants to protect and save him from them.

Kurayami-kei (闇系 / Yami-type) chara is closer, like his feelings are pretty dark, he’s emo and depressed, socially distant, hides his feelings, but still acts cold and ruthless. "Dark character" to sum up.

Talking about cold, he could be an "adjusted" kuudere (クーデレ) version, like he does soften toward MC and instead of words, he shows it through actions, like hugging her during intimate moments or being careful not to hurt her, kissing her passionately. But he keeps his feelings for himself for now.

He is mayadere (マヤデレ) too, but more like “revenge love” (復讐恋愛) trope, since he uses MC at first and then his feelings start after his "selfish revenge". Pretty interesting tropes he has!

Gabriel is pretty similar to Michael but their situations kind of reversed. He’s also enemy to lovers mayadere (マヤデレ / 敵→恋愛) all the way, since he is the one behind MC’s life being messed up, so revenge love (復讐恋愛) fits the most. He's menhera (メンヘラ) as well.

He has a huge fathercon/father complex (ファザーコンプレックス) too (daddy issues much lol), but yeah, while I can’t call him exactly yandere (ヤンデレ) for the same reasons as Michael + they were created like that on purpose, Gabriel does have some tendencies and yandere traits, like over possessiveness and “kill everyone around me so I can be number one to Gods heart.” He also starts getting possessive of MC too, like this kinda hints cage kun potential lol.

He’s a little M too but not Raphael’s level of M (best boy), but he’s more DoS / sadodere (サドデレ) through his actions and thoughts but basically hes fighting with MC over who dominates who and who is in control (it's MC lol).

He’s also kinda tsundere-ish (ツンデレ) to me...but more like an "adjusted" version here too, because he's not exactly the traditional tsundere type one, but it fits most criteria, like blushing when he gets compliments from MC or acting like he doesn’t care while hes all red lol and he’s sooo not honest lol Gabriel. 

But yeah, I think the main theme for them is forbidden love, enemies to lovers tropes and healing and fixing these cute menhera boys throught love and care (and sex lol) ❤.

Gap moe (ギャップ萌え) here too, because although he’s a cruel little piece of shit, he’s actually pretty cute deep down and sensitive.

Review of The Heaven and Hell event

I HONESTLY loved this event, we got to see a lot more of what goes on in heaven, though I was so disappointed with how short it was. Seeing more of Jophiel and how he works as a double agent, risking his life just to relay information on the war tactics.

Also how the seraphim treat the lower angels was really sad to see. They dont seem to care about their own kind. The devils dont seem to hate angels nearly as much as angels hate devils.

But moving onto the last part of the event. I genuinely almost cried seeing how Gabriel, who is supposed to be God's representative break down. Hes supposed to be so perfect and holy but In this state here,I genuinely felt so bad for him. I know what its like to feel violated and disgusted with yourself for doing sexual acts especially when you dont want to, and feeling like God will judge you for it.

Also the way God is portrayed in this game makes me wonder about why he left all of the angels to fend for themselves.

When he cries out and no longer feels pure but God doesnt answer. It breaks my heart. It just shows how he truly feels about purity. He really feels like hes just a pawn that is not supposed to break, and be as close to God as possible, that's all he desires. But MC takes that away out of her own twisted desire and to protect herself. After that, hes hurting himself to try and erase the feeling that his body desires. And try to get over the humiliation of being caught by the lesser angels in that state.

I hope we can get more on the seraphs soon because I absolutely love their lore. Maybe a little more then the devil kings 😭

A yellow chrysanthemum really fits Raphael.

The core meaning here is unrequited love. Love that is sincere, deep and genuine, but never returned. Affection that stays one sided. Feelings that have nowhere to go.

Psychologically, this points to misplaced affection, emotional repression (starting from his childhood), yearning, loneliness and emotional starvation. Raphael longs for love and approval from God, but never truly receives it. That lack of response only fueled Raphael while he tried to contain his feelings and violent nature.

And that leads to the outcome we see. Affection that turns violent. Love without an outlet. Rampage born not from malice, but from his violent nature, lack of love, devotion, manipulation by others and desperation. A tragic misdirection rather than outright cruelty.

In western symbolism, chrysanthemums are often associated with neglected love, sorrow, disappointment, abandonment and grief. In Japan, they’re also strongly tied to death and funerals. Which, yeah, I really hope does not mean Raphael literally dying (PB don’t you dare), but I think it represents emotional mourning instead. Mourning God’s absence now and during his childhood. Mourning a love that feels dead even if its object still exists somewhere (Minmin.).

Visually too, the flower suits him perfectly. Raphael’s halo resembles a small sun and his bright blond hair carries that same warmth. He looks radiant, golden, comforting like a chrysanthemum. But beneath that warmth is violence he didn’t even choose, grief and longing. Wanting to get loved back.

Because Raphael’s love never had a proper place to land, it rotted, warped and eventually turned violent, amplified by his nature. Not because his love was fake, but because it was never answered and never properly guided.

And I think this also hints at something hopeful. His feelings for MC are likely to be earnest, sincere and genuine, but this time they will be returned. This time, they can finally bloom instead of festering. 🥺💖🌼

Raphael’s greatest fear is abandonment. Being unwanted, hated and abandoned again. Loving deeply and not being loved back. MC gives him exactly what he’s always craved: acceptance, affection and emotional reciprocity. So of course he falls hard for MC, fast and without hesitation. For the first time, his love has somewhere to go though. 𑁍

𓇗Michael𓇗

Black bellflowers don’t actually exist, so first it’s important to look at what a bellflower represents on its own. Bellflowers traditionally symbolize unchanging love, sincerity, grace, and dignity.

But once you add the color black, the meaning shifts. Black often represents corruption, inversion, or extremity, twisting the original symbolism into something darker:

Unchanging love turns into obsession. Sincerity turns into emotional absolutism. Dignity turns into cold pride and emotional rigidity.

And honestly, that describes Michael perfectly.

I think the original Michael was like a normal bellflower. Sincere, devoted, gentle in his own way. But after the stabbing spear incident, that flower was dyed black. His feelings toward God and especially toward his brother, became warped and distorted.

What he feels now is unwavering possessive affection that never fades, even when it should. Love that refuses to die. Devotion taken to a dangerous extreme. Emotional fixation. Loyalty so intense it becomes a curse. And all of that directly leads into his actions during the Attacker and Idol events.

The detail about the bowed petals matters too. Bellflowers naturally hang downward, which symbolizes submission, mourning and quiet endurance. Silent, internalized sorrow. Michael’s feelings were sincere at first, but over time they became completely misaligned with reality, trapped in grief and obedience.

When MC removes the spear, she doesn’t just heal his wound. She removes the “blackness/darkness” staining his "flower" aka his heart and soul. That corruption finally lifts, allowing Michael to return closer to his original self and begin healing. And maybe, for the first time, he can learn to love without obsession. Well… as close to “normal” as Michael can get, lol.

This also highlights an important contrast between him and Raphael.

Raphael wanted to be loved.

Michael was willing to love even if it was never returned.

Raphael’s chrysanthemum represents love that is sincere but unanswered.

Michael’s black bellflower represents love that persists regardless of return.

Two different kinds of tragedy, both born from devotion, but shaped in completely opposite ways.

𓇢𓆸Gabriel𓇢𓆸

We still don’t know much about Gabriel, but one thing is very clear: he is deeply fixated on being pure (and the best most loyal of all). And that’s exactly what makes him so ironic as a character. Gabriel is obsessed with bodily purity, yet his actions toward others are anything but pure. Lucifer points out this contradiction perfectly. A pure white lily....stained with blood.

White lilies symbolize purity, innocence, sanctity, dignity, nobility and something meant to remain untouched and unstained. They’re also culturally associated with death, funerals, the afterlife, sacrifice and spiritual cleanliness.

In Gabriel’s case, this symbolism becomes warped. His obsession with purity turns into an obsession with God, "cleanliness" and preservation. That’s why he’s horrified by the idea of losing his virginity "pureness" and why he reacts so extremely to even minor “defilements,” like throwing a tantrum when Raphael accidentally steps on his shoes. And yet, despite all of this, Gabriel is constantly covered in blood. That contradiction is the core of his character.

So MC in a way, gives each angel exactly what they lack and always wanted.

Raphael receives the love he always longed for.

Michael receives the help he desperately needed, release from both physical and emotional pain.

And as for Gabriel, we still don’t fully know 100% what his will be and what he truly wants, but what he truly needs isn’t protection or preservation. He needs to open his eyes and realize that his idea of purity is deeply distorted and that his practices are fundamentally wrong. (Most importantly stop using this so called "purity" as an excuse for committing genocide on the devils.)

God might have not truly cared about them and saw them more like pawns than sons, but he would not want him or them in general to suffer like this. He wouldn’t want purity to come at the cost of pain, fear, and self destruction. And that realization may end up being Gabriel’s true breaking point and possibly his path forward.

Ok, it took me a very long time, but here’s my review of Gabriel’s Attacker card and sex scene. Had to process my feelings jdhgu.

I honestly think it’s intentionally mirrored and feels like a mix of Michael’s and Raphael’s cards.

Plot summary

MC goes on an errand on New Year’s in Paradise Lost. Lucifer is busy tending to a patient, so she decides to kill time and wanders around. She ends up at that infamous church we’ve already seen in Michael’s and Lucifer’s cards (even though she doesn’t remember what happened there thanks to Lucifer). Drawn in, she enters and prays. She prays for peace, for the angels and devils to reconcile…and also for clear skin and to grow taller (priorities my girl💅🏼).

What MC doesn’t know is that Solomon was special and was granted stuff by God no other human did. One being whenever he prayed, God always answered directly, no matter what and came to Solomon to answer it Himself. Solomon also avoided using this ability a lot (bet because God was basically obsessed with him...yeah…he must have been a massive stalker lol).

Because of that, MC’s prayer triggers the church to transform into the “Sacred Land.” Since God isn’t present, his closest proxy appears instead to grant her wish. Gabriel’s soul is forcibly transferred there, leaving his body behind in Heaven. No one can enter to save MC, and the only way to escape is for her wish to be fulfilled.

Gabriel is stunned and wondering why him and why not Raphael or Michael? Looking around he becomes emotional seeing how Lucifer has kept the church and Paradise Lost clean, orderly, almost like Heaven. He even says Lucifer should just come back if he misses it that much and clearly trying not to cry.

(I'm trying not to cry too tbh...)

Before I continue I want to talk about Gabriel as a character from what we know so far.

One thing I really noticed here. Compared to his brothers, Gabriel actively suppresses his emotions. He doesn’t express his doubts or himself openly. Even when he does doubt, he pushes it aside and follows what he believes is “right” and what he always believed in.

He’s also highly intelligent and well informed about stuff. He knows about sex and desire, even if he’s never acted on it before MC and never cared to. Gabriel is absolutely willing to betray, manipulate and sacrifice anyone to get what he wants, even innocents, even his brothers. His goal is to be the best and most loyal son. He wants to be the only one in God’s eyes. He must have been born possessive on purpose and going by his nature (God obviously behind that...).

We still know nothing about his childhood, even from his evolution cards. If he was created last (possibly even after the brother who died), it feels like God created him very deliberately like that. He lacks Lucifer’s forgiveness and kindness, Raphael’s raw violent emotions and simplicity and Michael’s protective brotherly devotion and sensitivity. Instead, he has everything at the “acceptable” level God wanted. Intelligent, controlled, obedient, cold hearted when needed. The perfect pawn. The perfect puppet. A being willing to erase even himself completely for God.

Like his flower, the white lily, he sacrifices himself, his wants, his needs, everything. And that results in Gabriel becoming obsessed with God, convinced he’s the chosen and that everyone else is beneath him.

Back to the card. Gabriel mocks MC’s wish and twists it, pointing out she didn’t specify a time limit. He grants it for one minute out of spite. Then he tells her that prayers in the Sacred Land require payment, and demands her body.

(I mean...he did say he wanted our body...)

MC snaps. She turns it against him and wishes very explicitly for him to eat her out and fuck her brains out lol. Gabriel is horrified, but the wish can’t be undone. His body begins acting on its own due to the Sacred Land’s power. At least at first.

He hates it when he starts licking her… but he’s shockingly good at it. Way more skilled than his brothers, who are comparatively clumsy and inexperienced. He’s relieved when he realizes he’s wearing a chastity belt until MC removes it in seconds.

Once they actually start to have sex, both of them realize how perfectly compatible they are. Their chemistry is insane. For the first time, Gabriel ignores both the Sacred Land’s system and his teachings, and completely loses himself to pleasure.

Also good and cute of her complimenting him and his pp even though it's not that massive. It's still big and perfect for her apparently but it's not Mammon tier lol.

Another detail that’s both horrifying and darkly funny is that while Gabriel’s soul was experiencing all of this in the Sacred Land, his body back in Heaven was reacting in real time. Because of the chastity belt, his pp couldn’t release properly, so it kept leaking from the belts gaps, leaving him collapsed and soaked. The angels who rushed to his side, worried because he suddenly fell unconscious after answering a prayer, genuinely thought he had peed himself (pure enough to not even recognize what cum is help).

Unlike Raphael or even Michael, Gabriel’s experience is driven almost entirely by lust. Still, he becomes possessive, wanting MC for himself, full cage kun mode (hi Toma). And despite everything, he does enjoy giving her pleasure.

MC completely loses it too. She’s shocked by how good he is and how well they match. There are no romantic feelings yet but it’s raw, mutual desire. When it’s over, Gabriel is enraged. He denies liking it, threatens to kill her and disappears. Guess we'll learn more in the event.

MC overly enjoyed it but she knows she crossed a line and took it too far and the guy will seriously kill her next.

Evolution story (spoilers, TW noncon) ⚠️⛔🔞

This part genuinely hurt to read.

(Thanks to my friend for providing the summary because I haven't evolved him :( Shared with her permission and checked for inaccuracies 🙏).

The evolution story shows Gabriel’s POV after the event. He feels violated. It happened against his will. He’s horrified that he lost himself to pleasure and terrified that he’s no longer “pure.” He hates that he liked it. He hates that his body reacts when he remembers it. He keeps telling himself that only his soul was defiled, that his body is still pure.

To cope, he begins self flagellating (whipping himself) with a whip like Michael, (and worse tbh...) repeating that he is pure, trying to erase his thoughts and memories. When doubt creeps in "what if God never actually demanded abstinence?" he punishes himself even harder for daring to think it. But his body also betrays him with flashbacks with MC and his pp reacts to it. He punishes himself for both doubting and reacting (latter is out of his control but he still does it thinking that's his fault 💔).

Before he left the sacred land MC apologized to him and told him that God wouldn’t want him and the angels i guess to suffer like this.

Gabriel doesn’t believe her, more like tries to not to but he can’t forget what happened and what she told him.

He’s now in the same mental state Michael was in during the Idol event: desperately clinging to his beliefs while doubt has already taken root.

When an angel tells him this is the perfect chance to attack the devils (since they’re all in Paradise Lost trying to save MC and have left their countries), Gabriel refuses. He realizes he’s also at fault for mocking her prayer and manipulating her into reacting like that. He shows "mercy", extending the “one minute” into a full day and preventing the attack.

Still, he’s devastated and in a really horrible state and now convinced that MC must die. Not just because she’s dangerous to him physically and emotionally, but because she’s dangerous to his faith and what he has always believed in.

"Where once his faith had been, there now sat a 'doubt' he could not bring himself to accept."

This evolution story genuinely made me sad. I still think Gabriel is horribly cruel and responsible for immense suffering, but seeing how deeply he’s been punishing himself for centuries and now reacting like that made me feel for him in a way I didn’t expect.

The card itself was not meant to be romantic. It was about control, power and domination between enemies, conflicting emotions, hate to love.

About MC

I think MC did what she could to protect herself and her pride. She fought Gabriel back using his own tactics: manipulation and twisting words. She’s human. That’s all she had and did it to survive not only satisfy her twisted appetite.

Unlike the beach card, where she was more careful with him, here she lashed out in anger. And I don’t think she fully understands how deeply damaged and fragile the angels actually are. She probably thought, “Lucifer and Raphael liked it, so Gabriel will come to like it too.” But Gabriel isn’t like his brothers. He was created for what they lacked. Only God knows that of course.

She did apologize once she saw how badly it affected him, but she still doesn’t fully grasp what she triggered. I don’t know if her actions would’ve been different if she remembered what happened to her with Michael. Probably wouldn't have done it.

I’m not justifying her, but I’m not putting all the blame on her either.

Gabriel is responsible for horrific things. He understands that what he does is wrong and still does it. He killed her only family Minmin, Nina and the others, countless devils, devils and beings and played a huge role in Raphael’s suffering too. He killed his own brother/s? too. And she's basically in this whole situation because of him. Having to fight, watch innocent devils die, those that stay behind suffer from loss and injuries. So having her prayer treated like that would fuel anyone. Still, I can’t help but feel bad for Gabriel.

And yes, this is a porn game. Sex happens for dumb reasons. Fetishes get inserted. But the recent writing has actually been really good, and Gabriel’s evolution story clearly isn’t there just for shock value or to laugh at him. It shows his perspective, that he’s suffering too and that, unlike him, MC shows remorse for her bad actions. That's why he too didn't choose to attack. Gabriel is not untouchable and he is not as unemotional as they make us think he is. But again, MC still doesn’t fully understand Gabriel and the angels yet. How warped their devotion is and can't even imagine how far they are willing to take that said devotion. Again I’m not justifying her actions but I’m not throwing all the blame on her either.

Final Thoughts

Heaven is falling apart.

Gabriel is acting like God’s replacement in a very bad and tyrannical way.

Raphael is busy being loved (best boy).

Michael probably is confused as hell with his newfound power and feelings.

Both of Gabriel’s brothers have already fallen for MC in some way and he’s still trying to cling to his beliefs but he too has started to crack.

I think that Gabriel and MC are set up perfectly for an enemies to lovers trope and arc, built on betrayal, forgiveness, mutual damage and acceptance. Both will have to betray beliefs and people if they want to be together. I'm so ready to suffer good from this slow burn love hate relationship. Yeah! This game is going to destroy me. 🤩🥰🔫

Gabriel made me like him more overall. Raphael still my best boy obviously lol.

But why are all the angels so lovable. I can fix them!!!! I want to save them!!! Can't hate them!!!

Like bloodshed I just love the art work for him he's so f**king pretty here so damn pretty and gorgeous. Let me hug you Satan and make you feel better after getting beat up. Also his yeah know is perfection :P Could have done without that one part in the story like but still over all the story was also really good :)

For Victory I loved how spicy the story was after the got to the mc with Satan. Very hot and spicy loved I ever moment of it. The evolution story has such a sweet moment in it SPOILER we are watching him work on his motorbike and he says 'No matter how old and worn out it gets, I'll keep loving it' but when he says it he's looking at the mc and not is bike. Also PB you can't expect me to not want more of that after ending with with 'that is a story for another time' please pb I want more of this story what other locations in hell did he take me on this date I want to know and see more of my sweet husband.

For Human I loved the story and how it was done and how he acted in it. How we saw just how gentle he can be with the mc and how much he loves them. Also the things he said like about having kids and his lie about been the first one he's been with. We know it was half a lie as from what we can tell he hasn't done anything s3xual in his human form before as he's shocked how h0ry he is. So we are his first when he's in his human form. Damn PB ticked so many boxes on this card for me with how I see Satan with my MC already.

So yeah in the end all of them are my favs in different ways ^^

I'm looking forward to whenever the next Satan may come out and I'm trying to save my pity on ero for him (got Gabriel on store) I can go on for ages about how much I love Satan and how PB make him so perfect for me like sure he's the devil of wrath, can be angry and aggressive but he also has such a sweet side to him like on the evolution for victory. I f**king love this man so damn much ahhh. My playlist is full of songs that make me think of him and my mc Leona.
