Why is it always the people who are supposed to be closest to you that get the most offended when you say they hurt you in some kind of way?

They preach honesty and openness, but return yours with hypocrisy and judgement…

That feeling when you just start getting back into running and your lungs constantly burn and your legs feel heavy, and your constantly having to resist the urges to stop in the middle of the workout because your brain is telling you that you can’t do it... hurts...

But when you finally break through that barrier that you’ve been striving to reach and start dropping time and becoming stronger, your endorphins are pumping and you get that runner’s high- everything starts to become easier and you’re left wanting more...

You can’t help but look up at the sun and smile because through all the pain, sweat, and tears you persevered and you did it. That happiness and pride can’t be replaced by anything, and that’s what putting in the work is all about.

guys, they caved. at least for the amas, the battle is won. bmr and scooter are desperately trying to force taylor to agree not to re-record her albums because that means the 300 mil they spent on her masters will go to waste, and every time they fold like this, the less they have to hold over her head. taylor is absolutely going to win this war.
