Jack smiles and bits his lip. “I’m sorry, I just got in. I should have snuck up on you but it’s not every day half-dressed women are pounding on my door at 2am.” He nods and listens to her, shrugging. “Well, you didn’t pee yourself, so that’s a plus. Now, come on. I’ll fix your alarm.” Jack puts his keys in his pocket and motions towards her door. “Boy ain’t home, I take it?” His Texas accent was almost out of place in the small hallway, but he didn’t seem to mind the contrast. The two in the hallway were very much contrast, though: large and small and all of that. “I’ll get it turned off but it may need new batteries.”

Rose shakes her head. "Uh, no, he's not home tonight. Decided to go back to his place." Most likely with a lady to fuck, but that wasn't going to be mentioned. Rose goes back to her door and enters in, once he's in she closes the door behind them. The alarm was still going off and it makes her groan out. "Why do these things go off randomly? Why? It's stupid. Can you just rip the thing out or do you need a tool?"
