...justification to business stakeholders was not required every time a change in technology was needed to support digitalisation. Business stakeholders find it hard to support IT change if they have a winning solution already, as unknowns usually means delays to them.Â
Sometimes I have also found that when management are not willing to break a working solution often tend to prevent these kinds of changes. But what they don’t realise is the effort and cost it takes to maintain these things if we don’t evolve. Trying to interface new solutions with these ‘pre-historic’ solutions make it even more tougher for them to evolve and the company to come into the ‘new age’
So get on the digitalisation bandwagon leaders, its the best thing you can do!
