SOME FNAF HEADCANONs: Lefty/Marionette
Puppet was created as Charlie's best friend, since her father (Henry Emily) was quite absent in his daughter's life due to the work he had to do with William, and he helped the girl to be more open and sociable, he was like a big brother to her. Puppet is the only robot that has a personality of his own and in terms of AI he is much more developed than the others. Also he has a box in his mask with a code that respond to Charlie Green Bracelet, so when Charlie is in danger, he can help her.
When William kills Charlotte and Puppet manages to reach her, Charlie possesses her friend in order to have a body to live in. Sometimes Puppet's personality takes over and sometimes Charlie controls him.
As time goes by, Puppet was integrated into the '87 pizzeria with the Toys and later captured by Lefty. In fact, Henry, after discovering where his daughter had ended up, created a robot to capture and take her to the FFPS Pizzeria for burn all the robots and finally free all the souls exploited by William. During the travel to the FNAF 6 Pizzeria, the music box broke up so Charlie could reactivate Puppet so as we saw in FFPS Lefty is controlled by Puppet/Charlie and the voice in UCN is Charlie's one.
How Lefty took the Puppet: First, the door on his belly opened, from which pincers came out that took the Puppet by the neck. Then Lefty raised his head back and his chest opened into two doors allowing the Puppet to be stuffed inside Lefty. Being made of rag, the Puppet can bend the tips of his legs without problems and fit well into the robot. Finally Lefty closed himself to activate the music box and calm Puppet so Charlie could not try to free herself. All these gestures of Lefty are not done in a hurry but slowly and gently.
The Agony works differently from the books: it is an emotion that allows the deads who died in pain to possess a physical body for take revenge. Charlie discovers this event thank to Old Man Consequences and decides together with Puppet to put the MC inside Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy. They also find Cassidy and the Crying Child arguing and put them both inside Golden Freddy. Old Man Consequences is a sort of entity who wants to help the kids get revenge against William and takes his soul. Old Man is creepy looking but truly he's a good guy: he loves to eat evil people's pain so that's why he helps Charlie.

Cannot be the only one who got SUPPPER annoyed that they decided that Michael Afton, Elizabeth Afton and David Afton don't exist but that the security guard from Security Breach, Vanessa A., is his ONLY child. :P
