Personally: if you've got icons for your ui use them. Use them. Use them and make sure that if it's necessary, the icons themselves say what they are for screenreaders.

Crocodile tert and plague eyes is the hardest must have, I'm interested to check out goobers with different prim and secondary too as long as they're plague-y..! Grosser the better!

Maenad was furious when she saw the two runts her chosen ones had dared to bring in front of her.
"What is this?!" She shrieked, making the brats cover and whimper.
"I asked for the simplest of things?! Are you maybe imbeciles? Don't you know what it means to couple?" She spat at the couple, not being able to believe that her trusted Malari had dared to betray her like this.
Maybe they did it on purpose... The whispers started to creep in. Maybe they wanted to undermine you.. To ridicule you.. Show everyone how incompetent of a leader you truly are. How weak, they have seen you in the tombes....
Maenad bit her cheek not to shake her head to quiet it down, and pierced her eyes on the oddly silent couple and the whimpering babes.
"Have you gone deaf too? Malari?!" The sharpness in her voice made Malari flinch.
"I- uh.. I'm sorry my Queen." Malari stumbled, averting her eyes. "We couldn't deliver what you asked of us and we apologize... If I may, my Queen, to suggest-" but Maenad didn't want to hear it.
"What am I going to do with you apologies?! With you 'suggestions'?" She scoffed. "Nothing, I tell you, nothing! You failed me and clearly this simplest task was too much for you too handle. But as I am your Queen and I am sure you did not mean to fail me so spectacularly, I am willing to give you another change." Maenad smiled benevonetly, but her subordiates flinched away.
"I will trust the further arrangements to the Midwife-" Maamo nodded silently in the shadows "and you will follow her command from this moment" Maenad continued, pleased again by her own grace and benevolence.
"Leave me. And get rid of those... rats you managed to deliver." Maenad scrunched her nose at the runts and reatreated to her throne. She wasn't particarly caring of the Algianas' protests or Malaris' sullen silence. Maamo ushered them out and closed the heavy doors behind them, shadowing Maenad in the dim lights.
This has to work... The whispers started. Once I get the Promised Child, everything will be great. It will grace us once again, making the Clan brighter and greater... They will welcome us back with open arms- no! They will celebrate our reunion! They will beg us to return to their flight! They cannot believe that they ever shunned us out and they will beg and beg and beg! They will raise our hall higher and our tables never run out and our cups will never empty! All our former glory will return, better than before and we will make them kneel and they will follow and the children will be back, they will be found and Dion will be back.....
Maenads' hollow giggling filled the silent chambers, as Maamo organized two of the children out of the Clan borders and took in the firstborn.....
Wanted to write something after I got my first two failed babies to an amazing clan! Thank you so much ChocolatePopcorn on FR for taking them in and expanding their lore :') Everything went better than expected! I'm really pumped on this story i've started to create and can't wait to expand it....
