2015 St. Clair Mimbres Red from New Mexico U.S.A.
Sight: this wine was a plum purple.
Smell: On the nose we have light perfume, black berry and floral notes.
Taste: This is a very sweet wine that has a medium acidity, medium body, with a very jammy black berry taste also honey and hints of vanilla. with a low alcohol content (10.9%).
Over all impression: This was a very sweet wine that I would pair with a savory desert. I would definitely drink this again.

Sight: Pale yellow
Smell: on the nose we have Floral notes, and citris
Taste: highly acidic, crisp, medium bodied, semi-dry, low complexity, hint of pineapple, vinegar.
Over all impression: I paired this wine with grilled chicken and in all honesty it was not very good at all. it was to acidic for my taste. I would rate this wine at two out of five stars.

Smell: on the nose we have black pepper, sulfur and oak
Taste: This is a dry wine with a moderate alcohol content (13.9%). This is a complex full bodied wine with medium acidity and high tannins. Tastes of black berry and a hint of pepper.
Over all impression: I would give this wine 4.5 out of five stars i paired it with filet mignon which really brought out the flavor of the wine.

Smell: On the nose we have notes of golden apple, floral notes, and a hint of new oak.
Taste: this wine is semi-dry with a medium alcohol content (at 13.5%), it has a light body and low complexity as well as high acidity. tastes of crisp pear and golden apple.
Over all impression: I would give this wine a 3 out of 5 star review especially for the price range.
