‘What is the meaning of life? That was all— a simple question; one that tended to close in on one with years. The great revelation had never come. The great revelation perhaps never did come. Instead there were little daily miracles, illuminations, matches struck unexpectedly in the dark; here was one.’ –– Virginia Woolf, To The Lighthouse

Warning: Nerd shit incoming
One day the Sun will expand into a Red Giant and consume the Earth. The atoms that make up our bodies will become part of the Sun. The Sun will later blow off its outer layers and shrink into a white dwarf. Those outer layers will drift through space and there’s a chance they could become part of a new star-forming cloud but it’s more likely they’ll just drift through the vast emptiness of space forever.
BUT! Every tiny particle that makes up an atom (proton, neutron, electron) are, at the smallest scales of reality, inseparable pieces of a universe-spanning quantum field. To the smallest particles, ‘here’ and ‘100 billion light years away’ are more or less the same “place”. Some of our particles can even emit/become(by breaking down) photons which are packets of light.
According to Relativity, the closer you approach the speed of light, the slower time moves for you relative to everything else. Things that travel at the speed of light experience no time. The moment a photon is born in the heart of the Sun and the moment it collides the receptors in your eyes to allow you to see the world is all the same moment to the photon.
So, in some ways and on some levels, not only are you everywhere but you are also all the time. You are truly limitless, boundless, timeless. You and the universe are inseparable on the most fundamental and profound level of reality. Your senses may tell you that you begin and end at your skin, but don’t believe that for a second. Evolution has ensured that’s our perception of the world, because it’s a useful perception to have from evolution’s standpoint, but that’s not the truth of what you truly are.
You do not begin and end at your skin. You are everywhere, you are everything, always.
