it's rather simple, the pro in proship can stand for problematic (incest, underage, l•li, sh•ta, ...) and not just being "for shipping" other ships.

a lot of people who have proship in their bio etc create content for the examples above and use the excuse "it's just fiction" a lot as well, and i simply do not want to see this or interact with them so that's the reason i put it there. i also block freely as i don't want to waste my energy and joy in things i don't want to see.

and just because i'm a kink blog doesn't mean i'm okay with everything. i have my own morals and stand by them too. kinks need to be consensual between adults, if you explicitly state you draw/write/create some of the content above i just don't want to have any interaction. especially since some of these are paraphilias that someone should actually be in therapy in and not post content to people online.

Random but I've been low-key disliking S1 Viktor x S2 Jayce because it's so overused and weird [weird in the way that people mostly mischaracterize Jayce as some sex crazed beast and other weird shit involving him.]

I love Jayvik so much but the fandom makes me so upset to be a Jayvik fan.

The amount of disgusting shit I've seen come from the fans made me dislike the ship but thankfully I'm too hyperfixated on them to give up. I've been hyperfixated on them for years and they have genuinely made me my life better.

I love them romantically, platonically, and I love them so much separately. They both mean so much to me.

Viktor being a physically disabled, chronically ill, and I'm chronic pain makes me feel seen.

Jayce is an emotional man that isn't afraid to be seen as vulnerable around his loved ones AND that struggles with mental issues- which the show doesn't make fun of. Which makes me so happy.

Their relationship means the world to me, growing up disabled and ill I had many people not see me as a person but something they can use and abuse.

So seeing a character treat someone that is so similar to me with which love and respect . makes me want to cry.

RANT: topics about top and bottom Jayce

Guys. I'm so tired of the weird Top!Jayce shit when it comes to Viktor. They treat him like some aggressive beast— there's a difference between kinky and being abusive, ableist, and racist stereotype.

People will gladly say that Jayce subs for Mel, an able-body person, which I have no problem with. But I do wish people would stop with the whole "the only appeal of this straight ship is she pegs him." There's a lot more appeal to Meljay than Jayce bottoming for her.

BUT when it comes to the disabled, chronically ill character, people are deadset on Jayce domming him. It feels ableist and it gives me a weird feeling. I've seen people say that Viktor can't be dominant because of his disabilities and illness.

I've also seen people do racist stereotypes of Latino men onto Jayce and it's deeply upsetting and disgusting.

Also it's stupid to GENUINELY ARGUE with people over top or bottom Jayce. If you're full blown insulting others because someone disagrees with the sexual position of a fictional character, you need to go outside.
