i'm not gonna apologize again for being inactive bc it'a always the same lol. 0 motivation, still healing blablablaaaaaaa

just wanna rant bc even tho i'm on t, have extremely high lvls according to my labs and don't forget to put on my gel that often, i got a light period for the second time in a row now. my levels were so high that i had to switch from injection to gel and only have one pump a day and my lvls still are above 15,0ng/ml (norm: 1,56-6,95 per my letters) but the doctor i was with the last time wrote down that i used 3 pumps/day (idk where he pulled that from) and should use just 2 now and i'm confused af. i only need to visit them once per year and i have to try to contact them

something is not fucking right so i have to get that checked out bc i do not believe my levels are changing that fast to get my period since i had been off of t for six weeks to try to get my levels to normalize and i had NOTHING and now it happened TWICE back to back. and i can't seem to find anyone who has the same problems. and to remind you, i am over five years on t now, and this has only started happening last year!!!

i'm glad it's not as heavy as the periods i had when i wasn't on t yet but i still feel like absolute shit

the topic of top surgery has been on my mind a lot lately

on one hand i want it so badly, i wanna wear shirts without a binder, i wanna walk around topless without a binder

but on the other hand i love my tits :[ esp in a kink context, i will miss them

the way to top surgery also sucks in my country bc i would have to travel back and forth a lot and my anxiety of having to do paperwork and making calls takes a toll on me. i have to ask someone to help me which i have been pushing off for so long already

i could have made appointments over a year ago to get the shit i need but i'm always pushing it to the next day and repeat
