Concept Character Sheet, For RPGtale!
Debating if I should write my fic, draw the shuriken challenge comic or play Phighting while I'm on a tror withdrawals...

I decided to doodle for @rpgtale-askblog, we had some fun writing more now that @amiericegrainz and @zushi-sheep has more time to make sillies! :D
I can't say much about RPGtale yet since we're planning to release all the whimsy in the askblog for the AU!
There'll still be more adjustments, but I'm enjoying how Neon looks!
(The withdrawals got to me cause his design is giving roblox arg core and I can't deny it...)
