The klaubaterman in question looks like a scruffy kid in a welders outfit. Full protective face gear, apron and all! I like to think it's because the Punk likes to fiddle with Kids scrap metal from time to time.

Thinking abt how Kid can probably automatically apply certain levels of magnetism to his own body in case he needs to launch himself, or pull himself closer to something and cling to it. (Especially w/ his metal prosthetic)
