Flight Rising Gijinka Commissions of an Imperial and a Pearl Catcher!

Originally, I was unsure of what to do for Fire’s 2020 skin contest, though I have the idea of “blue fire”. However, after being recently commed to draw a dragon with a FoxFire skin, I decided that maybe I would revist the idea of FoxFire, as the previous FoxFire skin for Fire Festival was in 2013, and that it had won mean that this is a valid theme for Fire Festival.

I have also decided to include more aspects of the japanese kitsune into my skin design, and am interested to see how this will turn out :)

As I am unable to find a video based on how to go about participating in the Flight Rising skin contest, I decided to make for myself aimed towards artists or those who are skin makers but also interested in participating in the elemental skin contests.

Thinking about a skin concept for ThunderCrack that is related to technology, and decided on a theme of “Gamer Girl”. I decided to give her a more “digitized” look to fit into the ThunderCrack theme, but also incorporate IRL aspects of “Gamer Girls”, such as giving her a virgin killer outfit. The colour scheme will probably take some inspiration from the Japanese digital household companion, but I am excited to see how this will turn out!
