@menya_shono incredible, my new favorite #1 #つけめん #tsukemen in Tokyo. If you're in town, visit Mensho by Gokoku-ji Station for a phenomenal bowl of Ramen. Deep duck based broth (I think) served with freshly milled what flour noodles that are delectable by themselves. They even serve the noodles with a side of salt and mineral water to experience the taste of the noodles. Insanely good. Achievement unlocked : hit all three michelin Ramen shops this week. Last one down is Nakiryu in Otsuka. #tantanmen with added wontons. Super nutty accents of sesame and I think peanut. Also got chashu on the side but didn't add much to the experience.
