hey, i’m not going to get into the details about what happened because it really is not anyone’s business but my own, and unless we’re close i’m not comfortable discussing what has occurred in regards to my mental health, but to make a longish story short – i considered and attempted, though did not get very far ( and thankfully did not do damage to myself ), suicide. this has happened before, but i am okay, and i’m taking time to work on myself and my mental health, and i deeply appreciate the people who noticed my tweets a few nights ago and who reached out to me. i apologize for not getting to your individual messages, but i am really just not in the best of places right now for varying reasons – to put it simply, it’s a combination of stressers in my offline life, and stressers here.
i don’t know when i’ll be in a good enough place to write, i need time. to recover. all of my blogs for the meantime are on a hiatus; whether that lasts a few weeks, or a month, or stretches until i’m out of college … i don’t know. i have a lot on my mind and a lot that’s filled me up and made me feel, to some degree, as though i’m not a good person, or that i’ve backtracked on work towards myself; those are the irrational thoughts of someone who experiences a psychotic break, and i know that, but i need to step back and just breathe for the meantime. i’ll be on discord and on twitter and i’ll pop in now and then, maybe, to write with friends – but until then … i’ll see you all later!
