I'm really curious on how you do your sort of colour exploration thing where you draw the body in lineless blobs of color

when doing these do you usually just fill in each part with the color you chose or do you make the general shape with one colour before filling it in with the others?

sorry if the question doesnt make sense- Im mostly just curious what your process is like when doing these hahaha
