The raceway was sweltering, but that didn’t stop the groups of people gathered to watch. Michiru wasn’t phased though. Ignoring the crowds, she walked into the racers pit to watch the car go around its last turn. They were late for a charity function. It was something she was required to attend, but didn’t care to. It was always polite conversation, but never interesting. She was only attending for her patrons, it would be a lot more interesting with Haruka there.
