{ ☽ } Almost daily visits were made by the once weapon to the lab in Radiant Garden. Since the war, it was the place most likely that his Master was going to reappear as it was where he’d lost his heart originally. Everyone else had woken up there he’d been told, so the blue haired teen had become quite the frequent visitor. Sometimes he helped out with things if he could, but he wasn’t exactly knowledgeable when it came to technology. He hadn’t been around for too long, approximately ten years. His knowledge was limited as to what had been within the World That Never Was but he wanted to learn more.

“Hello?” he called out upon entering. He doubted things would be any different today, but it gave him something to do other than just exploring the gardens.

{ ☽ } After the Keyblade War, Eclipse hadn’t been too terribly certain what to do with himself. Upon looking into it, his Master hadn’t been recompleted yet. While he was more than welcome among the Lights — give or take the initial shock at learning just where he came from — he did spend some time with them... but it didn’t feel like he belonged there. Not really. Maybe that feeling would change when Saïx— no, his real name was Isa right?— came back. For the time being he was content being by himself.

Waiting and waiting.

Perhaps all the pieces simply weren’t in place for Isa to come back. You had to destroy the Nobody and the Heartless, right? That must have been what was keeping him.

Eclipse found himself in Radiant Garden that afternoon, a bar of sea-salt ice cream in his hands. He knew the treat was especially popular but had never really bothered to try it himself before. He munched on it as he walked about, looking around at all the flowers. He was certain this place must have been much more radiant before its fall to darkness.

{ ☽ } Saïx knew the end had been near, that he wouldn't survive the war. As such he was worried about a certain someone's existence, as they were tied to his weapon. If he were recompleted, the fate of it was up in the air and he wanted to save Eclipse if he could. He'd gone to Vexen requesting a replica, and managed to transfer his heart from the weapon into one before it was too late.

Now that the war was over and his Master hadn't returned yet, Eclipse felt lost. He was freed from his weapon and that felt strange enough, and he was told that Saïx would be recompleted... so for now he just had to wait. He spent most of his time by himself, away from the guardians of light. Sometimes he hid out on the clock tower in Twilight Town when no one was around, or the gardens around Radiant Garden. He had no place of his own, he was more or less drifting from place to place until he heard news of his Saïx Isa. That afternoon in particular Eclipse was at the clock tower, looking out at the sunset, lost in thought.

With ice creams now in hand, Kai is soon pulling Eclipse in tow with her as she attempts to navigate them through unfamiliar ( yet oh so familiar ) territory. Following blinded guesses, she soon finds the both of them standing before the clock tower, “ Up there ! ” she states proudly, while pointing upwards with one finger, “ We’ll climb up and go sit on the edge of the clock tower. ” just like they use too. 

"...All the way up there?" He swallowed and looked up. Eclipse sounded slightly nervous for a second there. Did he have a fear of heights perhaps? Or maybe he was just a little nervous about getting up so high. It would make for an amazing view, that was for sure. "Okay, let's go. That's gonna take us a bit of time."

“ Sea … salt … ice cream? ” As the words come out in broken pieces, there’s soon a nostalgic-like sensation that takes over her. A fondness for missing fragments — setting suns, joyful laughter to fill its darkening void, the taste of something bitter, and yet sweet. There’s an urge within that wants to repeat these actions once more ; to relive the memory. “ —– okay ! Let’s go get some ice cream … I think I also have the perfect place for us to eat it too. ”

"The perfect place? Alright, I’ll trust you to lead the way." After opening a corridor that would take them to Twilight Town, he paid for some ice cream for the two of them. Held an ice cream bar out to her, a smile on his lips. “Here you go.” He did like the occasional sweet, but he didn’t see what the big deal was about this ice cream.
