Kaser is still around. Well Kinda. X3

"Oh? It's a shame, if it was still in good shape you probably could have stayed there. It'd have probably been more comfortable then the Chantry." <b>Sebastian joked kindly
Kaser chuckled. "Perhaps but with the legacy my father has I'd be more comfortable at the Chantry." he couldn't help but grin at Sebastian.
Order? What was this male? A mage but clearly a foolish one that was corrupted by Danarius. Still. He was not going to let his old Master come back here and ruin everything. Not now. Not after he has gotten a life started here. As the male fell to the ground, he shook his head. This was… unexpected. “Do what you want, just get out of here. I will be ready for Danarius when he comes.”
Kaser nodded and scrambled to his feet. "I-I will..." He quickly moved around Fenris and out the door. Then out of the mansion. He leaned on the wall just outside of it and slid down it. Fenris didn't remember him... Was his memory wiped from the last time they saw each other? Would his father have been so cruel? He wouldn't put it past him in truth. But... Do... He wouldn't dwell on it. Not right now. The mage let out a quiet sigh then tensed up as he heard the clink and clang of armor.
Templars? He dashed into the bushes as a pair of city guardsmen rounded the corner. the mage didn't relax. he wanted to cry. He wanted to go back into the mansion and beg Fenris for a tiny room for the night. But he doubted that would go over well.
healeranders has found you.
"Hello! Welcome!" the mage chimed to the other mage. He was oddly cheerful for someone that had yet to go through the joining.
He nodded and tilted his head, looking him over “Well, hello there. Are you new?” a brow rose as he spoke to him. Anders had never seen him before today.
Kazer smiled brightly. "I am. I'm a recruit." He was still way too cheerful for a Warden. Poor thing had no clue what he was getting himself into.
Anders smiled in return, “Well that is good to hear, the healing arts are my expertise.” And it meant another pair of hand to help him around the clinic. A win-win situation. “May I ask what your name is?”
Seeing the other’s mood drop, Anders place a companionable hand on his shoulder, “I won’t pry, but reassure you won’t be going back to the Circle.” Anders himself wasn’t keen on talking about his past, or thinking about it. Dwelling on it only ended badly for him.
He banished that train of thought, reminding himself he could and wouldn’t let the templars break him.
"Oh, yes. Before I forget to ask do you have a place to stay in Kirkwall?"
The young mage straitened up with a bright smile. "My name is Kaser." he bowed a little. "I've never been to a circle... But I've dealt with templars... I'm from Tevinter. Though I'd rather not return there either." the thought of going back under his father's thumb made him shiver.
Looking back at the older taller male he shook his head slightly. "My father once had an estate here but that was many, many years ago. The manor is probably owned by someone else by now. So Unless I seek shelter in the Chantry I don't have a place to stay." he explained.

"I’m sure Grand Claric Elthina would be happy to oblige you. It’s definitely safer here for someone of your standing." he replied as he turned back to the other with a smile
"Are the Warden’s interested in Kirkwall specifically or are you just passing through?"
The mage smiled at the other mage. He was glad that he'd have a place to sleep. "The group I came with told me to stay in the city. My father once had an estate here but I think it's fallen to ruin by now. I'm not sure what the wardens are in the area for. I'm kept in the dark."
Jowan heard him and lifted his head, fear bubbled in his gut. Had he been caught? He turned around to look at the man who had called him, his own staff was grasped tighter “Yes..so it seems..I am not sure where I am..” he was dirty and muddy and had what looked to be old blood dried on his hands, face and robes.
Kaser watched the man with concern. "Are you alright? do you need a healer?" he asked gently. He has a small cottage close by. He'd give the man shelter if he needed it.
The slight, red-haired elven woman smiled and handed Kaser a cup of tea. "Something to help you wake up this morning."
The mage smiled and accepted the tea. “Thank you so much! It is very kind of you! You didn’t have to do that.”
Kallian nodded, her face going hard.
"We’ll stay together. No one will touch either of us without permission — and live."
Kaser smiled at her. "To protect each other from the world. I like that plan." he murmured softly.
"Ah, right. I never much liked how hush-hush we are. Makes my ears twitch even now." Almost as if making her point clearer her eartips flicked.
"We almost to his office? Or tent, however it is you organize yourselves here." Kivari chewed on her lip, boredom already biting at her. Oh how she hated meetings.
Kaser nodded and pointed to a small building with a door that was half open. "He's right in there. If you need me for anything the infirmary is over there." he stated as he pointed out a large distant tent like structure.
His father? The anger only grew. It was hard to believe this male could be a son of his Master. Who was the mother to this boy? Shaking in fury, he growled and pulled back. Why did this man continue calling him Leto? A friend? There were only more questions and he hated it. “Stop calling me that. I’ve never seen you before. Now, get out and tell your father that if he wants me, come get me?” He hissed.
Return to Tevinter? "N-No!" he squeaked suddenly sounding alarmed and panicked. "Please! Please don't make me go there! Anywhere but Tevinter! Order me to go anywhere else! I'll obey... Just please... Not Tevinter..." He never wanted to go bock. He lowered himself to the ground to show his fear. The mage trembled but wasn't moving. He'd listen.
I've found you //@runawayhealingmage
He shook his head “Why are you acting as though you are a slave!? You’re a mage!” a clawed gauntlet move to lift the mages chin rather roughly “Look up!” he snarled, he then gasped as if struck. He knew him “Kaser..what..is Danarius here!?” he backed up from him.
His chin was roughly lifted. He knew this act. He avoided eye contact by looking at the wall over Fenris' shoulder. He did this because master would be furious if he met his eyes... Hearing his name then the question about his father the mage paused. "...He isn't... Doesn't know I'm gone... Wouldn't care...." he murmured.
Fenris was trying to figure everything out and why this male was acting so strangely. He didn’t know anyone from the Grey Wardens except for Anders so how would they- Tevinter? The head bowed… “You work for Danarius!” Did the magister know where he was? Was this some sort of trick? His anger only grew and he was ready to kill this male. Without a seconds hesitation, he pinned the male against the wall by the neck. “He sent you here! Perhaps I should send him a gift.” He growled as his hand began to glow.
His staff clattered to the ground as he was suddenly pinned to the wall by his neck. His eyes were wide in terror, but he didn't struggle. He wouldn't. He couldn't. "Danarius... Is... My father! It.. was only... A matter of time... Before... Father collared me.... like he had you... He didn't... want a healer.. as an heir." he gasped out. "I... I ran away... I thought... If you could be free... So could I... And I ran... I'm... sorry... Leto... Fenris... Never wanted... a slave... only... a friend..."

Sebastian only paused for a minute before relighting the last candle and exstinguishing the flame he had made. The Sisters, however smitten with him they were, found it unsettling when he used magic, even if it was for something so small. “Well, I would hope things have gotten better since then.”
"They have. Kind of anyway. I'm in Kirkwall on Warden business... But I don't have anywhere to stay so I figured the Chantry would be the best place." Well as long as there weren't any templars around. and he didn't see any yet.

“It is the Chnatry’s duty not to turn anyone away, no matter their person or circumstances. Showing a little kindness should be expected.”
he replied with a smile as he tended to the candles. Some had blown out during the service so he made a small flame and relit them
He watched the other man silently for a few moments. He was a mage too? Well that's interesting. "That's true. But I'm not used to it, honestly. Not after being a slave for years."

“Ah, I can understand that. If you need anything, feel free to ask me.”
"Thank you, serah. It isn't often I find kindness these days..." he murmured softly.

"Hello there. I’m afraid you just missed the service but the mothers are still taking confessions." he greeted kindly
The mage shook his head slightly and smiled up at the taller male. "Thank you but I'll pass. I only came because it is quiet here."
Leto? What was- And then he heard his name. Did Fenris know this mage? When the male fell to the ground, his growl only increased in anger. “Get up. Who are you, mage? Who sent you!” The fact the other knew his name was infurating. Something was wrong here, very wrong. Leto… was that a name? No. He couldn’t focus on it. Mage or not, he didn’t want to see someone bowing. Especially in front of him. He pointed is blade towards the human and hissed. There were answers he demanded and he would get them.
At the order he scrambled to his feet, but kept his head bowed. He trembled as he held his staff like a security blanket. "My name is Kaser... I wasn't sent... I was just in town... Passing through on an errand for the Grey Wardens..." he swallowed hard as he spoke the next part. "I.. remember you, Fenris... From Tevinter... I'm happy to know you are alive... I will go... as you've commanded... I swear to you I'll tell no one you are here..." yet he couldn't move. Fenris was still in the way and the only other way out of this room was too small for him to fit through.
