The corners of his lips quirked up into a grin as he heard her quiet agreement. She seemed hesitant about the idea, but she had agreed, so he led her into one of the private rooms at the back of the club. Providing her some privacy might help her come out of her shell some, at least that’s how he looked at it. “Start slow. Show me how you would use those hips of yours,” he stated as he settled himself onto a seat and motioned her closer.
Hips. Right. Lapdance. Okay. First--the shoes needed to go. She toed off her worn black sneakers and set them aside, stuffing her plain white socks into them. Flats, she could have worked with, but the clunky sneakers she wore for hours spent on her feet were definitely not at all sexy, so she figured no shoes were better. And she might have been procrastinating just a little to give her time to think.
She returned to where she’d been standing before, and couldn’t help but feel incredibly awkward and unsexy, her shallow pastel v-neck t-shirt and stretchy skinny jeans nothing like the dancers wore. Not revealing or easy to remove. Just comfortable enough to wear for long shifts, but without being sloppy. She took a step forward, the carpet rough against her bare feet, and focused on her posture. Back straight, heels slightly off the ground as she took another step, letting all of her weight shift to the foot on the ground, making her hips sway slightly.
There was only four feet between her and Klaus now, and then three, then two, one, and then her knees were brushing his as she stood before him, hands trembling ever so slightly, giving away her nervousness even more than the vulnerable expression on her face.
His nose wrinkled as the girl asked him if he was like her, head tilting slightly. Obviously, she didn’t know much about werewolves. Because if she did, she would know that she could smell him – or any other wolf nearby. It made him wonder, was she an omega? Had the beacon called her here like so many others? Or was she simply running from something & found herself here? Those would all have to wait, seeing as he had ignored her questions.
“No, I’m not a werewolf. My best friend is though. An alpha, actually. & yeah, there’s quite a bit of others around here. I’m surprised you haven’t ran into any of them yet."
It seemed kind of impossible to roam around Beacon Hills without running into another wolf, but Stiles figured if she kept her head low enough.. It was a possibility, after all. But since she seemed alone, he’d have to try & get her to meet with Scott. Or Derek. Someone that could help her with her control. None of them needed her accidentally shifting & killing someone. Though, with her eyes.. Well. He wasn’t one to judge.
Callie wasn’t sure whether to be ecstatic or terrified that there were other werewolves in the area. This kid ran with them, clearly, and he didn’t seem horrible. But he wasn’t actually a wolf, and her last run-in with one... Well. That was less than pleasant. How was she supposed to know if she ran into one, anyways? Unless they were wolfed out, and, from what she could infer, the wolves of Beacon Hills had a bit of a better grasp on control than she did.
“I’ve really just been trying to keep my head down. I don’t want to bring any attention to myself, just go to school, keep my grades up, be as normal as possible.”
She was doing pretty well, if no other wolves (or humans) had spotted her until now. She hadn’t exactly made any friends, what with her trying to make it so no one even knew she existed, but no one else had died. One word caught her attention, though--alpha. She chewed on her lip for a moment, debating on saying anything further--clearly, this kid had already figured her out, and he was likely going to tell his friend, anyways, so what was the harm in actually talking to him? She just hoped she didn’t sound too ignorant.
“You say he’s an alpha. Like an alpha of a pack?”
He probably could have been a little less creepy about the entire situation, but he had found over time that when he tried to do that, things got more complicated. It was best to just be out in the open with it; especially if the other person already knew about what he was trying to hide.
"Yeah, okay, you’re about as fine as a mouse caught in a trap.“
That look she was giving him? So not fine. & Stiles would know. He was a master at pretending to be fine. Could play with the best of them, really. So for her to try & pull one over on him.. well, it was cute that she was trying, at least.
"Look. I’m not going to tell anyone. & I don’t want anything. I just wanted to make sure you didn’t shift in front of every one because that would be hella awkward to explain to the general public of Beacon Hills High.”
“Wait, hold on, slow down-- How do you know this stuff? Are you... like me? Are there others?”
She wasn’t sure whether to be terrified or ecstatic that someone knew about werewolves in Beacon Hills. After all, her only experience with one was when she got bit (and then got the hell out of dodge weeks later), but... this guy didn’t seem too bad.
Yet.
He was a little... pushy, she supposed, but not quite aggressive. She would have thought the potential murder of their classmates was more prevalent than just the discovery of the supernatural, but if he wasn’t going to bring it up, then neither was she.

I know. I just still had a sad about it.
i’ve been pretty chill up until this point about teen wolf tbh not really understanding the people who shit on it but it’s just gotten darker and sadder as time has gone on and now they’re fucking with sciles, the foundation of teen wolf, and i’m just done. my scotty needs his best boy and i won’t just sit here and take it while their friendship gets shredded by dumb choices and unnecessary miscommunication.
honestly i just don’t need that kind of upsetting negativity in my life right now.

As she shrunk back, he stopped completely; not wanting to freak her out anymore than he obviously had. Lips pulled in a tight smile, trying to be reassuring but more than likely missing by a mile. He could only imagine how crazy he looked going towards the person who was growling at him not even a minute ago. Watching her check herself in the camera on her phone, Stiles cleared his throat & rocked back on his heels.
“Why would I tell anyone what I just heard? –does that happen a lot? Losing control in public, I mean. Has anyone else noticed?”
Okay, this kid was seriously freaking her out. More than that, he was scaring her. Honestly? He looked a little insane. She slowly shut her locker and hiked her backpack up on her shoulder, ready to run if needed. As long as he was human, she could outrun him.
“I don’t-- How-- Why--”
She had so many questions, and she didn’t know where to start. She didn’t want to answer, because it was embarrassing--she caught herself with claws or glowing eyes more often than she’d like to admit. Fangs, at least, she could always tell when they showed up by the pressure on her gums.
“No, unless they didn’t say anything. My-- I’m fine, okay?“
What a lie.
Semi-Hiatus
More of just a low activity level than anything, really.
Alright, here’s the deal. SAD makes me sad, which, ironically enough, makes me giggle. Anyways. I’ve got Seasonal Affective Disorder and Bipolar disorder, which basically hits me in the face like a ton of bricks when winter comes around. I basically want to lie in bed and do nothing until I wither away for the rest of eternity, which, if you were wondering, is not conducive to roleplay. So my activity level will be lower, as you’ve noticed, and it will take me longer to reply to threads, messages, and basically everything because I have to work up the energy to do literally anything. I’m a lot less likely to reach out to anyone to try and start/continue shit during these times.
I’m not ignoring you. I don’t hate you. I don’t hate our threads. My brain chemistry is just shite. That being said, don’t be afraid to bug me. If I don’t reply to you in a day or two, send me another message. It helps. It lets me know you care, which cheers me up a lil bit and makes me more inclined to actually do shit. I’m still on skype and kik, listed in my rules.

“Hey, it’s okay.” He held his hands out, stepping forward carefully as she seemed to realize that it was her who was growling. It probably said something about himself that he was moving towards the danger.
“I just didn’t want anyone else to happen by & hear you. Are you alright?”
“Yeah, I--”
Woah, he was moving closer, why was he moving closer? She shrunk back a little, reaching for her phone and opening up the front facing camera, taking a look at herself. Okay, no glowing eyes, no fangs, no claws. She was good. Sort of. How was this kid not freaking out about the fact there was some girl growling in the hallway? Callie was pretty sure she was more freaked out than he was.
“I’m fine. Never better. Could you just, um. Not tell anyone you saw-- uh. Heard that?”
