Started off today with...
An intense class focused on empowerment. I was dripping with sweat by the end but I felt strong and capable. There's something incredibly great about feeling good about your body. Between the consistent yoga, meditation, and good eating habits I've even managed to lose 3.9 lbs since the beginning of the year. I've split my weight loss goals into smaller 10 lb chunks to make it more manageable and I think not being overwhelmed by the amount of weight I want to lose is helping me reframe my mindset. Plus doing WSLF with a great recipe book by @mrmrsvegan is certainly helping me on my quest!
