Salted Butter Chocolate Cake
I decided to do my watch's training suggestion today: 8x2 minutes at 4:15min/km with 1 minute jog breaks. With a 10 minute warm up jog and 10 minutes cool down. So I went to the downtown track. It's a national holiday and a lot of people were there, despite the weather being not too nice... no sun, humid and a chance of rain. Still good for running fast. I took the warm up maybe a bit too fast and after the first fast rep my thighs felt huuuge! I took a longer break (maybe 2 minutes instead of 1) and the rest was fine. Although the last two fast reps were quite hard! I can't believe I ran 5 minute reps at that pace during the last half marathon training block 🤔 I was glad when the workout was over 🙈

Seems like I run at 6:08min/km at average a lot lately 😅
But today I sped up a little because I was afraid it would start raining. Those clouds looked very suspicious! It didn't and I got home dry, but still not too exhausted 😊
Did some strength exercises for the small lower body muscles when I got home 💪🏼
