You either like me or you don’t. It took me twenty-something years to learn how to love myself, I don’t have that kinda time to convince somebody else.
Daniel Franzese (via thequotejournals)
Pain and suffering are always inevitable for a large intelligence and a deep heart. The really great men must, I think, have great sadness on earth.
Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Crime and Punishment (via thequotejournals)
Bring me what ails you.
I’ll say it’s all going to be okay. And you’ll always say ‘I know’. Even though neither of us do.
I’ll say I'll never leave. You always ask if I’m sure. Even though both of us are.
"The jetty that finally broke my stream of consciousness."
Pisces: It's just a moo point.
Aquarius: A moo point?
Pisces: Yeah. It's like a cow's opinion; it just doesn't matter. It's moo.
Aquarius: [to Gemini] Have I been friends with him too long or did that all just make sense?

Contact High
We are born to bond. Human interaction was never a choice for us. The moment you come into this world a stranger catches you and gives you to two new strangers planning on taking you "home" with them. Evolution has cursed the human race with an in-utero addiction to human contact. We fear loneliness, reject those who suffer from it. We idolize junkies with their seemingly endless supply of individualism to pour down their gullet. Yet few get lucky. Our addiction clouds our mind. Too often are we too focused on where our next hit is coming from to savor the one we just took. Only a few are lucky enough to pick up and find someone that makes us pause. Someone that grabs your focus and brings it inward. A person that forces you to forget how to pick up anymore. You start taking their personality in bigger doses, daring to spend days lost in a euphoric bender of uniqueness. We breathe deep the aura of true connection. Risking the debilitating hangover of isolation for just one more shared moment. It becomes impossible to sleep without just one small hit before bed. We tell ourselves it helps because we fucking need it to help. We devote ourselves to others. Not because of humanities gilded empathetic nature but for fear of the withdrawal that comes after drinking in another's love. For there has never been gasp at a junkies funeral, overdoses only surprise the bresthless
