just found out a little bit ago we lost my great-uncle. he killed himself and we don't know why. my great-aunt said he'd been acting odd for a while but my mom said he was fine when she and my brother saw him last night at the care facility visiting my grandma. it had to have happened earlier today cause my great-aunt called my mom, but we were downstairs eating, so she didn't answer her phone, but when she called her back, my great-aunt was crying and said he shot himself and he was gone. she didn't really say anything else cause she had people in her house, so she couldn't talk long. our question is how he did it. he was a hunter so he had rifles, but how would he have been able to maneuver one to be able to do that? we never heard about him having any handguns or revolvers or anything like that, at least to my knowledge. plus he had arthritis really bad in his shoulders so he wouldn't have been able to lift his arms very high without them locking up.
