Interpretation of this shot (SnK 130)

Imo these two Hisu flashbacks are chronologically the first scene of the EH talk BEFORE they talk about the MPs (this rather leads to the MPs and 50 years plan talk), it wouldn't make sense if she asks about his thoughts on a baby right after he told her to shut up etc. All the Hisu scenes are interrupted by another flashbacks because thoughts are messy.

These two EH flashbacks in the pic above (which are chronologically the FIRST moments of EH talk, not the last imo) are Eren's thoughts WHILE he talks to Zeke, he's drawing a parallel here:

Zeke tells him Mikasa is so protective of him because she likes him. That reminds Eren that he is also very protective of Historia, he doesn't understand these kind of feelings but he's trying to. Whether this is all in a romantic way or not is irrelevant here, no ship wars please.

But even if he is protective of Hisu and likes her, that still doesn't make him the dad. He pretty much says here 'There's no point in romance because I die in 4 years', this can be applied to both EM and EH. He wouldn't start a family when he dies soon.

Even IF he likes Hisu in a romantic way, he didn't understand it back then when he talked to Hisu, he just started to understand these kind of feelings when he talked to Zeke as he drew the parallel with Mikasa. That's the core point of this conversation. So there is no way Eren is the father, though it implies he really likes Historia and is trying to understand this.
