- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Sheila was born and raised in a simple and rich family in California, who, despite being rich, weren’t (completely) corrupt over it at all. Her mother always taught her that, to have the best in life, you had to work hard to gain it. This got made even more clear as her father passed away when she was a child, but that only gave her the strength to keep going. Now she has a stable job, and quite frankly, she wouldn’t trade it for anything in this world.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Some would consider her odd, maybe even scary, looking from a distance. Determined, serious, elegant… But always has the sweetest smile in her face that makes you feel fuzzy inside. She’s actually quite nice and generous, and definitely won’t hesitate to help with whatever at a call.

- Anything Else?: Despite being rich and getting good amounts of cash, one visit to her house will show just how much she prefers the simple things in life instead. She definitely tries to never bring that up when talking about herself, as she doesn't like bragging about that. Ever. She often donates her money to charity. - Job: Bounty Hunter - Brief History (at least a paragraph): Reginald Wright was born and raised in the town of Liverpool, England. He had a small family consisting of a Scottish Mother and a Begrudging English father. He was an only child with a few cousins he barley ever saw. He eventually moved to London for schooling, getting his bachelors degree in Finance and eventually finding work as a bank teller in south London. That’s when Josephine came into the picture, and Reginald found the first true love of his life. Eventually life found them married, gave them a son, and just as abruptly as happiness came, it was snatched away. Josie passed away in a car wreck, leaving Reginald to care for his young son on his own. This sudden shift caused a change in career paths, being a bank teller simply wouldn’t pay for everything they needed in life. So Reginald became a bounty hunter. On a spur of the moment vacation to America he met the second love of his life in one Butch Flowers. After years of back and forth they were eventually married, Reginald making plans to move to America and start a new life for himself and his son. This life started where many others where already thriving. Blood Gulch Apartments.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Reginald from an outsider perspective can appear very standoffish and arrogant. He takes a very no nonsense approach to himself and life and does his work with graceful efficiency. However underneath the hard exterior Reggie carry’s an undying love for his son Gamma and his Partner Butch, even going so far as to carry a picture of them at all times to keep close to his heart.

But having no mom left it’s mark, especially with his father working such odd hours. It left him antisocial, recluse, and a bit of a liar. Having moved to Blood Gulch for a fresh start, Gamma is… hesitant about all these new faces.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Having high social anxiety leaves him almost selectively mute, leaving him to communicate by sign towards most strangers. He lies more than he should, whether it be if he’s okay to what his dad does to where his mom is. A little shut off, underneath it all, Gamma’s a scared, shy little kid.

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Born in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, Butch wouldn’t say he had a particularly exciting childhood. Until the age of eight, he has fond memories of camping several times a year. He moved to Henderson, Nevada, with his mother when his parents divorced, and would eventually fall into a performance-oriented career path as a result of being surrounded by it at a crucial age. He eventually moved to California to pursue a career in music and entertainment, and has finally settled in Lancaster. He commutes to Los Angeles once or twice a week for work, though he finds that he gets just as many gigs around Lancaster.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Butch is, outwardly, quite friendly. Truly. He does enjoy being around people and interacting with others. His laidback attitude and the candid way he speaks can be perceived as either casual and almost affectionate, or as extremely creepy. It depends on how well you know him, what situation you’re in with him, how much he likes you, and how much he cares about you. The latter two are not the same thing. If Butch likes you, or at least doesn’t have a reason to dislike you, he can be a very kind and caring individual. He is protective of the few people he genuinely cares about, and goes out of his way to be around them. However, the number of levels contained within this man is almost startling, and would terrify almost anyone who was unfortunate enough to somehow witness all of his projected personas.

- Anything Else?: Butch is gender-nonconforming/genderqueer/neutrois: he isn’t quite sure which label fits him the best, and is in no rush to figure it out. He uses he or they pronouns, but will accept “she” pronouns on particularly “feminine” days. Butch has sectoral heterochromia in his left eye. His right eye, and the bottom half of his left iris, are bright blue. I’m talking Australian Shepherd blue. Bright-ass blue. But the top half of his left iris is brown. Outside of exotic nuts, human breast milk, and aspirin, there’s nothing that’ll stop Butch Flowers from living his best life, and he’s just pleased as punch to be here.

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): At a fairly young age, she left home and got involved with “the wrong people.” The gang, unfortunately named the “Innies” had good motivations, and acted more to help the underprivileged community. Unfortunately their vigilante-ism wasn’t very appreciated by the people screwed over by their attempts at justice, and most of them were arrested or killed

Luckily, Connie had gotten away, and went into hiding for a while. In order to stay afloat, she took a variety of odd jobs, some of which she’s less proud of than others. Ten years later, the remnants of the Innies are back and in an all new place, though admittedly their decade behind bars and the loss of so many of them has changed them in ways Connie isn’t sure she likes. Still, she believes in their cause so she’ll stay with them.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Connie is pretty quiet and aloof, with a cynical outlook. Her self esteem isn’t great and she has pretty bad issues with depression and self loathing. From an outside perspective she can seem rather mysterious and rude, but deep down she cares deeply.

She has a strong sense of justice and self sacrifice, and will bend and break any rule if she thinks it’s the right thing to do. She doesn’t think poorly of those on the other side though, even if she thinks they’re misguided

- Job: Oh boy. Siris works as a bounty hunter essentially— he’s an ex-military ex-con (Look, it’s… complicated) who can’t exactly find a solid job. Add that to his extreme disability to trust people and his reflexes that are a little on the side of “shoot first, ask questions later,” and he’s not exactly the prime choice for an office worker.

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Siris was born in Lancaster, raised in Lancaster, and he’s fairly certain he’ll die in Lancaster. Well, maybe LA. It’s hard to tell. He’s gotten in trouble with the law once or twice, willing to do anything to bring criminals to justice. His dad is dead, and his mom is the most helicopter-parent of helicopter parents. He loves her though. His (ex)wife, Megan, and his daughter Sarah visit on weekends. They’d been married in a cute church in LA, and her family had become his. That is, until he was in prison. For two years. It all kinda went downhill from there. He’s only just getting out, and the only place he can afford to stay? Lancaster. In the same apartment complex as his old prison guard. Joy.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Mason is a good guy. Ask anyone. His heart’s in the right place, and so is his head, but his yearning for justice and what is right? It can get in the way. If a man deserves to die, he deserves it. If a woman deserves to die, so does she. He’s not the forgiving type, but he would still do anything for his family. And boy, does he miss Megan. He tends to blame himself for everything and even go as far as taking it out on himself— after all, it’s what he deserves, isn’t it?

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Born one [redacted] Trabka to frankly unenthusiastic parents, Jax has been living with his Uncle Carlos for far longer than he’s been living with them. Just as well, because he’s pretty sure if he was living with his parents he never would have come out of the closet. With his transition came his new name - one far glitzier, of course! Jax is an ameteur director, and currently taking his first tentative steps into Living By Himself™ because that’s what you do at college! he has an apartment because that’s just cheaper than dorms, somehow, weirdly. This place is a mess. But fun! He’s sure he can film some dank ghost movies here, or something.

As wild and probably irresponsible (not to mention shady) as Uncle Carlos is, he does genuinely adore Jax to bits, and wants the best for him. He worries sick about Jax and despite blowing up over the mildest provocation, he’s never been that angry at Jax, or taken it out on him. And Jax loves him right back! He’s spoilt, sure, and has rich kid syndrome up to his eyeballs, but he does appreciate his uncle. He’s learnt that much.

Jax is of Filipino descent. Mostly. There’s some other stuff mixed in on Uncle Carlos’ side that he’s not sure of. Mexican? Polish????? It’s a bit of a mess. Most of the Trabka line aren’t speaking to each other on account of conflicting Shady Business interests, so he really has no idea.

- Character Name: Antoine Bitters - Character Pronouns: he/him - Character Age: 21 - Character Birthday (optional): April 20 - Character Height (optional): 5’8’’ - Character Face Claim Links/People (optional): He’s darkskinned, and he leaves his hair natural (daveed digg’s style tbh), but the ends are a still-fading vivid yellow. He was a little wild once, ok? He’s got glasses you only catch him in when he’s reading. - Job: He works full-time at, like, Wal-Mart. Retail. Makes him want to die but he has to do something, and school isn’t about to be it. - Brief History (at least a paragraph): Growing up with two younger siblings and his mom, Bitters learned real quick how much the world just took and took, and to this day respects nobody more than he does his mother. He was always a quiet kid growing up, with barely passable marks in school and too much to do in too little time, growing up in a pretty shitty apartment that was, as the saying goes, still home. Mostly, he just took care of his little sisters, being the sole person who could with his mother working so much to keep them supported, and by the time he was in high school Bitters had had enough. For a while, he had some time where he stopped being so responsible, lived the wild life for a little and considered himself really into parties. That ended real quick, though, with an Accident that left his little family a little more shattered after the death of one of his sisters. From that point on in his life, Bitters took his anger out on the world around him, viewing it darkly and spitefully, even with those he’s closest to. Despite not going to college, he made friends with some pretty dumb kids and rents an apartment with them now, which he guesses isn’t so bad. - Personality (at least a paragraph): Stubborn, pessimistic and overall fun to have at parties, Bitters really lives up to his name. It’s hard for him to look on the bright side of life, and a lot of the times even harder for him to care enough to tell you that. He keeps his emotions under close watch, and won’t put more effort into something than he has to, preferring to not put any in at all because like, fuck that? Overall, he’s got the attitude of a punk with the motivation of a fucking sea cucumber. - Anything Else?:

His pessimistic attitude and cynicism is brought about by having had to be more than what he could be so early, alongside dealing with his own gender issues at the time. He’ trans.

He SHOULD wear his glasses all the time, because he’s kinda near-sighted, he just only does it when he’s reading or alone. He lives for the eyebag look, bitch.

He says he hates his roommates, but really they’re his best friends, and that’s saying something considering Bitters doesn’t really talk to people much.

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Palomo grew up in a cold home. His parents strict about his grades and making sure he stayed in school. His parents didn’t care very much about him and what he thought so he became somewhat of a problem child until they died, which was when he was about 14. He was then sent to live with his grandparents, who didn’t treat him any better, having heard how difficult he was in the past. So he was stuck. In a cycle of being ignored. His anxiety didn’t exactly help his situation either, making it so he didn’t have many friends to talk to or help him through all this. So as soon as he could he escaped and ended up running into a few other people who he lives with now. He guesses it could be worse.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): INFP-T He aims to please! After being a little shit didn’t give him the attention he needed he did a 180 and decided to try the opposite way. He is also constantly nervous but when he is with his friends its not so bad anymore. They’re like his social buffers, so to speak. 

- Anything Else?: Autistic, and also is maybe questioning a little bit on his gender identity…He isn’t quite sure where he is going with it all, but he will figure it out. He is still young after all!

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Katie’s always been smart since she was a kid (granted this allowed her to pass school with flying colors and finish early), and always had a passion for engineering and mechanics. For a long time she’d help her father in his workshop, starting out with small things like clocks, then moving on to bigger things, like cars. This passion is what drove her to try and enroll in this small college in Lancaster, far from home. Thankfully, in her first few years in college she got a job as a receptionist, and met her group of friends, now they’re all renting a place together.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): She’s pretty… Clumsy and a little accident prone. That aside, she’s a quiet but cheerful gal, and makes good use of the phrase “when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade”(even though she’s not a fan of lemonade), and lives life with a smile. She may be a bit of a pushover to people she respects and may get embarrassed easily around them, but most specially around a certain red head guy in the building.

He’s a hardworking kid who was probably voted most likely to have a stable job by twenty-five in high school. Truthfully, he’d probably be flying higher if he hadn’t grown up in a string of foster homes with little money to his name. But, not about to let that get to him, Smith (as most people call him) enrolled in a small college, seeking a degree in criminology. During his first few years in Lancaster, he met his friend group, and now they’re renting a place together. Smith gets his spare money from doing odd jobs around the building, and he works the graveyard shift at a pet hotel. It’s good money- really it is. - Personality (at least a paragraph): Smith is a dedicated worker who gets what he wants by putting his head down and doing it. He has very little issue with authority, in fact, he respects most of his elders unless he considers them unjust. He’s physically pretty strong as well- he doesn’t work out, but his evening-night shifts do entail wrangling dogs and cats, so he’s stronger than he looks. Smith isn’t upbeat, per-se, though he tries to avoid negativity in all corners and focus on doing what he’s doing. - Anything Else?: Lefty, this goes out to you: he’s ¾ pinoy, ¼ white.

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Junior doesn’t remember too much from when him and his dad used to live in Chicago. He only really remembers Grandma but that’s because he sees a lot of pictures of her and she’s the second number in his phone after his dad’s. Dad also talks about her the most from before they moved. But now they’re in California with a ton of new friends. Junior knows his dad’s been hurt before, and so he’ll do anything to make sure his dad is happy. They’re on the same team and it’s the best team.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Junior is a very excitable kid with almost too much energy. He does everything dad does, because dad’s the coolest adult on the planet. He likes making his friends laugh and he loves playing sports and running around. Sometimes people have to tell him to calm down or to use his indoor voice, but he thinks that’s boring. He likes being loud so that everyone knows he’s having fun.

Brief History: Tex grew up tough. Not a bad backstory, but just… tough. Sure, there was her twin sister’s mysterious disappearance, and her father’s intense desire to mold his only daughter left in his missing kid’s shadow, but hey. It could always be worse.

Her dream as a kid was always to be a cop. It was always what she wanted, to stop the bad guy, kick ass, take names. But after shit goes south with a drug-dealing, gang leader ex of hers (Yeah, don’t ask about Gamma,) she loses that job and that chance with it. She winds up prison guard of a shitty place with a shitty pay, and a shitty apartment to boot. But, hey. Hey.

It could always be worse.

Personality: She grew up playing with only boys and on the softball team, just preferring their company. She’s very in charge, both professionally and personally, and doesn’t deal in emotions. Like Dean Winchester without the man pain, she loves old cars, classic rock, and a good beer. Doesn’t consider herself to have a tragic backstory, won’t ever talk about feelings largely because she doesn’t have any, and if someone tries to initiate it, she literally won’t respond. The opposite of a pacifist. Don’t fuck with Texas.

- Job: Detective on the local police force

- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Raised by her widowed father due to her mothers passing when she was six. Without her mother around her father lost all of his compassion and he taught her to be a war machine so she could follow in the path of her mother. Right when she graduated high school she joining the military. She served for 6 years and worked as a commander for a special ops strike team. During a mission her squad was captured and tortured, but she broke out during the chaos of a separate battle. The first thing she did after she escaped was came back home. She wanted to move on from everything that happened. She wanted to become closer to her family. So she visited her father frequently and began to realize that he was not as good of a person as she had made him out to be when she was younger. She also found that her younger brother, Leonard Church, Jr., had left home as soon as it was possible. She felt guilty so she searched all over the country to find him, using her new job as a detective to help her track him down. And here she was. Blood Gulch Apartments. Where her leads had left her. Now all she had to do was make things right by her brother.

- Personality (at least a paragraph): Uptight, but she is doing her best to not be anymore. Carolina is clever and protective of her friends since she lost so many. She hates feeling like she doesn’t have control over situations. She is terribly competitive and when faced with a challenge she will not back down. Ever.
