Beachfront

Based off a photo I took when I went to the beach. I don’t like how the horizon turned out as it seems the navy blue I used in the deepest part just looks so muddy…maybe I’m just destined not to use the yellow or orange hued paper with oil pastels. Hmmm….

Moonlit Forest

Oil pastel work. I’m getting near the end of my crayola oil pastels and I managed to get my hands on a new set. Hopefully they blend better.

The moon definitely isn’t my finest work I’ll admit, but I like how the pine trees came out actually.

So as I stated in a different prompt, I live in an area with not a lot of variety in leaves and this rings true for grass as well.

Decided I would make it look like a unicorn was jumping out of the grass. I remember buying the patch, I just can’t remember if I got it from Walmart or Hobby Lobby (yes I know, I do avoid going to Hobby Lobby as much as possible now because of the crap they’ve pulled)
