I dont think anyone is still around so I'll talk to the void.
I have so much creativity I'm bursting. I want to write. I have no computer but goddamn I would do ugly ass mobile.
As I stare down my 29th birthday happening in six days, I hunker down to listen to another three hour history podcast ( hardcore history is the name and the host is amazeballs) and eat my cheap ramen and talking to my cats in a British accent I have to ask myself:
Am I really 29 when secretly I am both a 75 year old grandmother and a real life actual 5 year old?
And also, why do I write such long sentences and misuse commas?
My computer screen died so I've been waiting to get it fixed. In the meantime I'm alive and here is my face
I haven't beenaround, I'm the worst. I can't super promise to be very active for a while, things are a bit of a mess.
My aunt died this morning, my parents are getting a divorce ( this is very good, but I will lose what little remained of a relationship with my siblings and I have no clue how my father will react and it could be BAD), I'm just a mess in general. Like big time crying over every little thing for the past week kinda mess and none of you deserve that inflicted on ya'll.
MY FIRST BOOK IS OFFICIALLY OUT TODAY!!! It’s been a long time coming. Five years, to be exact. But after all this time, energy, and effort, it’s finally here. Things you should know:
It is available in both kindle ebook and paperback formats. After three months (because that’s how Amazon’s rules work), I’ll be also publishing via B&N Nook and other potential formats.
My intention was to lower the paperback price for the first day, since it couldn’t be preordered. However, I plan on using it as a fundraiser toward the end of the year, instead. The idea is to use the proceeds from one of the more successful months and give it to an LGBTQA+ charity of my choosing.
Again, this is my first book ever published, and feedback is welcome with open arms, so long as it is constructive criticism. Transfigure is the first in a trilogy, and I want the entire story to fit the needs of the reader as well fulfilling its message.
Of course, you can’t decide if you’re interested in a book if you have no idea what it’s about:
“The apocalypse fell upon us centuries ago, and in this dark time, we now face a dilemma. The remaining population has begun to run dry. Amid crumbling peace treaties, a fragile reach of the government over its own nation, and the ever-present threat of the beasts lurking within our containment units; it has become difficult to know whether morality is a virtue worth keeping. As far as it has collapsed, the world can still end. Whether we send every militant to the front lines or retreat back into darkness, there will always be a way. No more earth, no more people. No more life other than those things behind the wall. But there is a solution. Within the southern sectors, you will find a trainee named Andromeda. She will be our redemption.”
TRANSFIGURE centers around a post-apocalyptic world with no real structure, governmental, societal, or otherwise. Its primary focus is on the fight between monster and human, while running with the idea that monsters are human. The first book clocks in at almost 113k words, putting the paperback at 326 pages. Maybe it’s horror, science fiction, dystopian. Call it whatever you like; I just hope it calls to you. KINDLE EBOOK / PAPERBACK
Also I think I'm going to watch bojack horseman later and if you too would like to watch and talk about it message me or hit up my disc/ord? anniemation89#6868
I'll be doing drafts either tonight or tomorrow. Idk it been a rough week. Today my boyfriend was being playful and kissing my face but it tripped out my anxiety and PTSD and I couldn't breathe or speak and so I just screamed really loudly and pushed myself away and ended up calling weird on my foot. So my foots fucked up as well. Absolutely none of this is his fault. It's a playful thing we do often I just... am a mess??
hey, if you’re cash-strapped and can’t financially donate to charities helping the rohingya crisis, you can donate your airline miles to doctors without borders which has been crucial in providing medical services to refugees
Not to be a fucking bitch, but i had to spend all fucking morning listening to my AGM’s boyfriend throw the g slur around and im not in the mood for bullshittery atm so if i see racist shit on my dash im gonna lose it tbh
