She laughed again at Rose’s worry.  “You’ve been my best friend since Kindergarten.  It’d be far too difficult to break in a new one at this point, so I think you’re stuck with me.”

“KIM  K?  REALLY?”  ROSE  COULD  admit  that  it  would  be  really  funny  ,  but  she  also  wouldn’t  be  able  to  live  down  the  embarrassment  of  having  that  on  her  body  forever  ,  and  it  would  be  a  bitch  to  get  off.  “You  remember  those  love  by  the  moon,  live  by  the  sun  tattoos  we  saw  while  we  were  waiting  for  the  appointment  to  be  booked?  We  should  get  those  ,  those  were  cute.”  And  one  of  the  least  embarrassing  things  they  could  get.  “Or  peanut  butter  and  jelly  ,  that’s  always  fun.”

“WE  SHOULD...  DEFINETLY  NOT  be  doing  this,”  Rose  most  certainly  didn’t  want  to  be  getting  this  tattoo  ,  but  having  a  slight  buzz  ,  ninety  dollars  to  blow  on  whatever  she  wanted  that  day  ,  and  a  friend  who  has  no  impulse  control  all  mixed  together  resulted  in  this.  “Do  we  even  know  what  we’re  getting?”  She  asked  ,  smile  trying  to  suppress  a  laugh  as  they  walked  ,  her  jacket  pulled  across  her  chest  to  keep  her  warm.  “Something  matching  ,  definitely.  You  just  have  to  promise  to  not  start  hating  me  all  of  a  sudden  ,  then  we’ll  both  look  stupid.”

DESPITE  ALL  OF  ROSE’S  complaining  ,  she  had  to  admit  that  Taos  was  charming.  Maybe  she  wasn’t  the  best  at  skiing  ,  but  she  was  quite  good  at  shopping  and  sampling  food  ,  which  was  why  almost  as  soon  as  she  was  able  to  slip  away  from  her  friends  ,  Rose  headed  to  the  plaza  ,  making  her  way  through  the  clothing  shops  ,  antique  stores  ,  and  absolutely  blowing  her  saved  money  for  the  day.  Her  last  stop  was  the  chocolate  factory  ,  where  she  planned  to  get  chocolate  for  the  four  of  them.  Sampling  was  Rose’s  biggest  weakness  ,  paralyzed  by  choice.  A  chocolate  truffle  in  her  hand  ,  she  stood  at  the  counter  ,  looking  at  all  of  the  chocolates  on  display  before  she  looked  over  to  the  person  to  next  to  her  ,  biting  the  inside  of  her  cheek  before  speaking.  “Do  you  have  any  suggestions?  You  look  a  lot  more  well  versed  in  this  than  me  ,  I  don’t  really  know  what  to  get.”

how does your muse view the world: as a cruel & unforgiving place, a land full of wonders, or something in-between ?

Rose  is  a  bit  of  a  mixed  bag.  She  truly  believes  that  the  world  can  be  good  ,  people  are  naturally  inclined  to  be  kind  to  one  another  ,  but  she  also  believes  that  it’s  very  hard  to  stumble  upon  the  good  things  in  the  world.  Her  mother  was  also  the  type  of  woman  to  say  “don’t  trust  anyone”  while  walking  to  the  grocery  store  ,  so  that’s  also  something  that  Rose  is  working  past  with  her  world  views.

Is your character more likely to remove a problem/threat, or remove themselves from a problem/threat?

Rosemary  has  never  been  a  confrontational  person.  She  hates  conflict  ,  and  if  anything  ,  she  is  a  more  people  pleasing  person  ,  so  in  almost  any  situation  she  tries  to  remove  herself  from  a  problem  or  threat  ,  whether  it  be  a  person  or  something  else  that  may  pose  a  threat.  This  is  probably  why  she  has  her  string  of  bad  relationships.

Three things your muse is enthusiastic about?

1.  She  absolutely  ADORES  hot  beverages.  A  connoisseur  of  the  warmed  drink  ,  one  could  say.  Rose  knows  too  much  about  the  preparation  of  that  stuff  and  she  refuses  to  go  into  a  Starbucks  that  does  not  serve  a  peppermint  hot  coco  during  the  cold  months.  

2.  Dogs!  Rose  had  a  dog  obsession  growing  up  ,  specifically  because  her  family  owned  a  German  Shepherd  named  Lila.  The  dog  is  still  up  and  running  ,  and  she  probably  will  outlive  everyone  in  this  rp  no  matter  their  age.  

3.  School.  Rose  really  wants  to  do  well  in  school  ,  and  is  a  firm  believer  in  “education  is  the  most  valuable  thing  a  person  can  have”  ,  and  she’s  always  been  really  involved  in  the  schools  she’s  attended.

Rosemary  was  raised  by  her  mother  and  father  ,  and  to  say  that  they  were  intense  would  be  an  understatement.  Her  mother  always  expected  the  best  of  her  and  her  father  was  kinda  an  absent  father  in  the  sense  of  he  never  really  parented  Rose  ,  and  her  mother  was  always  butting  into  her  business  ,  even  as  an  adult.  Rose  loves  her  parents  ,  but  even  now  ,  as  an  adult  ,  she’s  still  working  on  setting  boundaries  with  her  mother.

“DRAG   QUEENS?”   ROSE   REPEATED   ,   giving   the   person   in   front   of   her   a   nod   of   thanks   as   she   picked   up   her   drink.   The   bitter   aftertaste   of   the   Vodka   was   most   certainly   still   there   ,   she   just   had   no   idea   if   the   ice   had   really   cut   back   on   the   bite   or   if   it   was   exactly   the   same.   She   wouldn’t   ask   at   risk   of   sounding   stupid   ,   though.   “I’m   sure   my   friend   would   love   that   ,   me?”   She   tilted   her   head   to   the   side   a   bit.   “Is   it   always   so   hectic?   And   can   none   of   the   guys   in   Taos   dance?”   She   asked   ,   tucking   brown   hair   behind   her   ear.
