The Curian Empire

Also known as the "Curo"

The Curian Empire, which existence spanned from approximately October 20, 2013 to October 27, 2013 is predominantly noted for its development in art, architecture, as well as mathematical and astronomical systems.  While the calendar and time measuring systems did not originate within the Curian Empire, their civilization fully developed them.

The variety of art, architecture and design found left behind from this extinct civilization are thought to have resulted from trade and cultural exchange rather than direct external conquest hence their, thought to be, small size.  However, this remains only speculation at this point as more substantial and cross referenced research still needs to be completed.
