I came back on Tuesday so a little over the weekend I suppose. Oh yeah that is pretty far, but at least then visits are even more special because they’re more rare? Yeah, I did and it was fun. There were times where I was a little scared because I’m not the best swimmer, but it was fun none the less. 

Oh nice, at least you got to spend some good time with them though, and hopefully there wasn’t any drama or anything. That’s always the worst thing to come home to. Yeah, I hadn’t thought about it like that. I just haven’t been home cause it’s super far and because I feel like I only just moved away, I feel like I should have a little more time on my own before my mom tries to convince me to move back. I bet, it sounds like it’d be super fun so I’m kinda jealous of you about that.

I’m sure you’ve already seen it; the critics might not agree with me, but I think it was fantastic. Maybe it was because I was so nostalgic for the first one, but it felt like a good follow up - better than most sequels, you know? And no - I didn’t realize it was him, but now that you’ve said that it definitely makes sense.

I did see it, yeah. And I thought it was awesome. I didn’t know it had gotten any bad reviews at all. I liked that it picked up where the first one left off really well. Like I think most movies like that would flash forward and I guess that’s kinda what I expected but I like how they did it.

I guess I just don’t see the point in like, rushing it? Like maybe I want to get married and stuff at some point, it doesn’t mean I need to do it like, asap. I’ll suck it up and be happy for them, though. 

So do you want me to come home or do you only miss me a little? Because it sounds like you’d only care a little bit if I decided to stay since you’re enjoying getting to eat all of your food so much. I feel like the benefits of me being there are totally better than any food you get.

For some people they don’t think they’re rushing it. Like everyone goes at their own speed which is fine, and while I know I wouldn’t have gotten married at that age, you can’t really judge someone for their choices like that. 

Both. That’s not what I said at all. I’m just happy I’m getting my full serving sizes instead of missing a few of my fries because you get sticky fingers. Yes the benefits are better, shut up.

I think the only reason I’m not like a fan of my fan, heh, is because it’s one that makes noise and it makes it harder to fall asleep. They fixed it right up and now my place is freezing because the idea of having a hot apartment is too scary to bear. 

The noise doesn’t bother me at all, in fact most of the time I just end up tuning it out anyways. Well at least now you don’t have to worry about that, especially with the heat wave and all.

Yeah, exactly! I’ve been to most of the Smithsonian museums and I think they’re basically the coolest thing ever, so that would be something I’d be really into. Either that or I’d put my Master’s to good use and do some work with Classical archaeology but for now I’m here, and I’m content with that. Ain’t no thing, man, I’m happy to rattle off a few bad jokes to you any time. 

That’s so cool. I’ve only ever been to DC and the Smithsonian once when I was younger. But from what I remember it was pretty cool, I’ve always loved going to museums. If you’re into it, go for it, man. That’s good, seems like you’ll be a good addition.
