I haven’t done any ‘real’ acting since college, but on a whim a couple of weeks ago I auditioned for a local theatre’s fall production of Peter Pan, and…I guess either my skin care routine is paying off in the forever-young regard or nobody else auditioned, because I got the eponymous role. 

I’m only a little bit convinced they only hired me because I said I could help out with costumes…

That’s awesome Kurt! I’m so happy for you and I doubt that was the only reason they said yes. There are plenty of talented costume designers here, but you just happen to have that something extra they knew they couldn’t work without.
