â KING CITY | kuroha
Unfortunately for those around him, Kise had a penchant for drifting off into a daze, eyes glossed over with a serene haze when he blinks twice in succession and plasters on a smile that stretches for mile, laughter reverberating off the ribs of his throat when he admits he must have not been paying attention. The cycle is usually followed by a swift jab to his side by Kasamatsu's rough hands or a mild look of indignation from everyone else, but this time, he's alone (and the feeling makes his gut sink, just a little).
His habit of sinking into dreams of championship titles and forgotten one on ones usually only winds up with him on the losing end of a situation, but accidents happen, right? It's not necessarily his fault (except it definitely is) when he nearly knocks over another student in his stupor, eyes stretching wide and hand immediately reaching out to steady him.
Kise gives an apologetic smile, laughter crinkling the corners of his mouth after he makes certain Kuroha's all right (in the loosest sense of the word, at least).Â
"Ah! Sorry, sorry! I should probably watch where I'm going, huh?"
